In the heat of this foreign coach vs local coach argument

A foreign coach in Tanzania had this to say about the locals today cheesy

“I don’t enjoy [Tanzania]. You’re uneducated people. I am disgusted. I don’t have a car, WiFi or DStv. These fans don’t know anything about football. It’s like monkeys or dogs when they’re shouting.”

The disrespect chai
Hope say Rohr get DStv sha
chai! This coach get mind o.
I doubt Rohr will say such things.

Rohr is a good team manager but he is not that good tactically. When you find a perfect tools for something, and this tool has a shortcoming, you don't throw the tool away...you find a way to neutralize its shortcoming. This is a perfect illustration of Rohr. I admit I do get frustrated with his conservative football at times . NFF was supposed to hire somebody with vast knowledge in attacking football to balance the equation but who did we get?. ... YOBO. Dude is even a DEFENDER.

I stand firmly with what Odegbami is saying. You cant tell me out of all qualified Nigerians coaches and the rest of qualified persons from other African countries we cant find a coach from the continent who understands our football mentality. Its high time we stop giving these Europeans chances to ridicule us. Slavery is over yet we are still hiring these white men thinking they have some magic wand.

NFA should also give scholarships to interested retired super eagles player as a reward for their service. We need to invest in our football because even if a black man is the smartest coach the whites will never employ him , simply because they feel you are inferior to them.
Sorry bro... I doubt you're a Nigerian o. I agreed there are some Nigerian coaches that are tactically sound but corruption won't allow them thrive. What NFF should have done was to appoint a tactically astute coach as Rohr's assistant but dem dash Yobo.

[quote author=TheSuperNerd post=92167973]FC Barcelona Femeni played an intra-club friendly (i.e friendly among themselves, dividing themselves it two first XIs) and Oshola was clearly ahead of all her teammates.

The game ended 2-0 with Oshoala getting both goals for her team. So clinical, strong and fit.

She even had the luxury of missing an empty net after rounding the keeper. She made up for that by rounding the keeper again and bagging her second.

Watch the highlights here...

only we get correct coaching crews. This girl is capable of carrying a whole team for a whole tournament. Just arrange better midfielders around her.

Szobolozlai is not a nobody. He is the midfield engine room of RB Salzburg. Everyone was raving about Haaland, but Szobolozlai is the man behind the iron mask.
He will greatly improve our midfield creativity. Liverpool got Minamino, Dortmund got Haaland, Leipzig got Hwang. European teams are shopping in Salzburg.
Roca of Espanyol is good too.

Everything is not all about signing big names. You can still find good quality if search well. Liverpool bought Wjinaldum from Newcastle, and Robertson from God knows where. We splashed big (even though is on installments) on Pepe, look how average Pepe is.

No telling how Ziyech will fare. Harvetz too. Xhaka was one of the bests in Bundesliga before we bought him.

Problem with Arsenal is that we don't move on quickly from bad players. Look how quick Chelsea moved Bakayoko, Drinkwater, Zapacosta, etc on. If it were Arsenal, they would all still be here. That's the problem we have.
ok. like I said,I don't know a lot about him. But if he is daredevil midfielder, the one that can bring in more grit to our midfield, I won't mind.

I did not watch the game yesterday.

By the way, i think Rodgers has over achieved this season and people are not being understanding of the situation of things.

He sold his best defender (Maguire) and turned his bench defender to one of the best defenders in the EPL.

Took a retired English international and Vardy won the golden boot.

He did not make any major transfer and competed with the big boys for the Champions League position.

Losing to Manchester United should not be a criteria for running him down.

Rodgers has over achieved this season and deserves praise than ridicule. With the likes of Albrighton, Barnes, Gray, Perez, Praet, Nacho, Ndidi and others.

Keep in mind he has improved Maddison from a Championship player to a toast of English football.

If that is not genius, please tell me what is.

Sarr since I know more about him than the others. But we primarily need a DM most, and an AM.

If Ozil is staying we need him. If he isn't we need a good replacement. Grealish is very good, Zaha too. If we can tempt Ndidi to play EL (if we qualify) with us instead of Leicester that will be great.
You just spoke my mind, Let's look within the EPL. But bro , how do you see coutinho?

An ambitious club shouldn't be going for those kind of players. Though I don't know how good they are. Look at Chelsea, Werner in the bag already and Ziyech too. Havertz probably on the way.
If at all we don't want to go for big names, then let's look within the EPL clubs

I think two of those former players should be appointed. Female football is like a cult. Females understand themselves better. Omagbemi or Akide should at least be among the coaching crew.

Some people may think it's no big deal, but stuffs like this don't usually go down well with the fans.. especially when it concerns an iconic figure at the club.

I remember around 2009, during one of Liverpool's Hillisbrough pre match service, Charles Itandje was caught on camera laughing!
The backlash he received from the fans, staffs and media was so serious that his apologies weren't accepted..
He never kicked a ball for any of Liverpool's team until he left...
What if he was laughing at something else? I think he appeared to be conversing with somebody when the camera focused on him the second time.

Ndidi needs to leave ,I pray for the offers because it’s not easy

Nacho should not lack offers from those small teams and co,and there are many Laliga teams who will have nacho as their striker ,even Italian teams

Nacho got the talent

Ndidi is already world class (I stand on my words )
Nacho should go and join his boss at real betis.
As for Ndidi, no vacancy in most of the top clubs.
