BascoVanVeli: Even without the Pepe or Wilf Zaha I would still say he should find a new club. I feel he needs to move on in order to take his game to a next level.
He is too comfortable in London and I don't think this is good for the type of player we expect him to be.
moving away from arsenal will be a bad move because it is likely he will be moving to a lower standard club and that could hamper his development. BTW there is no guarantee he will get playing time
TheSuperNerd: With Nicolas Pepe's African Transfer Record Move to Arsenal, will Iwobi still feature among the First XI more often in the coming season?
Pepe's arrival does not directly affects Iwobi as Emery will likely feature him from the right. Iwobi has always played from the left for Arsenal and a few times, depending on their formation, as an AM. Indirectly though, Pepe's arrival could mean Aubameyang could shift to the left with Lacazette in the middle if Emery wants to start both Auba and Laca alongside Pepe in a 4-3-3.
Anyway, time will tell. But I think Iwobi is safe and will get enough games. He is Arsenal's best bet on the left. Pepe's arrival directly affects Mhki and even Ozil indirectly.
can also play the ozil role. he will get game time.. am sure of that
charlesemeka85: you are right but there is chances of a white english boy erupting from no where with atleast 10 goals in the epl this season or next and if that happens tammy will be forgotten by the english fa.
moreover southgate will prefer starting rashford as a striker instead of tammy. england is blessed with young flank players coming up so i see no reason deploying rashford to the flanks only if kane starts. tammy's best bet in international football is with nigeria. with england he will gain few caps but with nigeria the chances of becoming the teams undisputed number 9 is very high but sentiment aside i don't think he will turn back to play for us so he is good as gone
I don't even want him to come. nonsense and gustav
sheyishemba: Chelsea Striker Tammy Abraham Seemingly Open To Representing Nigeria Published: July 30, 2019 If Tammy Abraham's Instagram bio is anything to go by, the Chelsea striker is still open to representing the Super Eagles after recently adding a Nigeria flag to his profile. Super Eagles manager Gernot Rohr is believed to be searching for a new number nine following the retirement of Odion Ighalo after the Africa Cup of Nations and the Chelsea Academy product fits the bill. Nigeria Football Federation president Amaju Pinnick had claimed back in 2017 that Abraham had pledged his international future to Nigeria after meeting with the striker and his representatives in London, only for the player to deny that he was switching allegiance to the three-time African champions. Though Pinnick had claimed that he had a close relationship with Abraham's father, he was unable to persuade the youngster to play for the national team at the 2018 World Cup. Two years have now passed since that controversial incident and the 21-year-old has not been cap-tied by the Football Association, meaning the Nigerian Federation are still in the race for his services. The likes of Harry Kane, Marcus Rashford, Callum Wilson, Danny Welbeck and Raheem Sterling are ahead of Abraham in Gareth Southgate's pecking order of strikers, but that could change if he has a good start to the season. The England U21 star has scored an impressive 60 goals in 130 games as a professional.
I pray this falls through
lol...him eye don clear.. Unfortunately, he now has some serious competitors
MetalJigsaw: People do change bro. Moses was having attitude problems back when he was still playing regularly at Chelsea. But now that his career has regressed, there's a high chance that he'd changed for psychological reasons. When most players do display such attitudes is usually when they are flying high in their club sides and/or playing in big clubs.
Remember that Mikel, at a point in his career also had the same issues but what happened thereafter?
MetalJigsaw: Oga I never mentioned any player to be begged. Please try and comprehend my writeup. Moses should be amicably spoken with the aim of convincing him that we need and want him back and he needs us too. I'm sure he'd personally like to come back... He'll be happy to. He needs us as we need him and that is a fact bro. He'll bring much confidence and the reducing fear factor which is becoming evident back to the team, especially the attack which is dominated by greenhorns and inexperience. Please understand..
He doesn't have to be a Messi, because every ambitious team has, and critically needs a "Messi" of their own one way or the other. I Take this to the bank!
And for your information I never mentioned Ighalo... We don't need him that much- he's too flat -footed and age is easily yelling on him.
But Moses is the really much needed let's be realistic and tell ourselves the truth bro. Sometimes in life you have to be humble to get what you need. It's for the good of the team and its young players... Imagine a team where we have the young aspiraring Chukze, Onyekuru and other young attackers with Moses, he will complement their efforts, confidence and psychology.
Mikel is gone, Odion is gone, and Musa is disappointingly failing to lead and ginger our front line. And it's not looking like he'll change or even improve anytime soon, Chai!!
bro..I agreed . we need moses but his attitude is the negative side of him. Before he retired,we were complaining about his attitude, what will now happen if we beg him to come back?
gustav25: wrong analysis ...A lecturer lectures not minding his class .... But you , you ain't one .. you are a heartbroken wailing soul and your Nemesis comes in M packages

charlesemeka85: Arsenal on Monday increased their bid for Ivorian winger Wilfried Zaha but reports in the English press indicate that the Gunners have seen their £65m plus youngster Reiss Nelson on loan improved offer rejected.
Unai Emery is hopeful of getting the deal over the line but Arsenal's bid of £55m paid upfront and £10m in add-on is still short of the Eagles' valuation.
However, The Independent is reporting that Palace could also be interested in the possibility of having Nigeria-eligible winger Bukayo Saka coming over on loan as an alternative to Nelson.
Saka's performances for Arsenal especially in last season's UEFA Europa League have always drawn the attention of some European clubs.
The winger was in action for 63 minutes in Arsenal's recent International Champions Cup match against Fiorentina along with fellow Nigerian James Olayinka.
