Hi damibaby how is it going? For your vj itching it could be yeast infectiion and insertion of garlic is very good for it just that i dont know if its safe for pregnant woman
As for bump mine is already noticeable that i had to shop for maternity wear last week

We are 36weeks today and I've started having sharp backache. I'm so happy and thankful to Jah. Mama's, I want to start cleaning my nipple today and I noticed my aerola is dry and has dark flaky dirts. Will the olive oil and cotton wool remove the dirts completely?

Secondly, my nipple is blocked ontop with flesh. I remember when I wasn't preggy, It comes off by itself whenever I bath with hard sponge. I've been bathing with hard sponge but it no gree comot o and I was told milk will not flow if I don't remove it. Please, how do I remove d flesh too? Biko.

According to what we were taught during my last antenatal class which was breastfeeding and signs of labour the matron said cleaning of the nipple should start 28week and we should clean our nipple by rubbing some amount of coconut oil on the nipple leave it for 15 minute before bath then fter take your bath and pick the nipple with the coconut oil to be more pointed and that using wool can lead to contractions
Also for blocked nipple it can me mopped with a warm water and small towel to open up the clogged nipple

...,......by the time we got to the hospital, my contractions were 5minutes apart, I was checked and I was 6cm, I was taken to the delivery room after I few minutes and I was 10cm and that was where trouble started. contractions stopped totally. Dr did membrane sweep....nothing.... dh, me and the midwives started praying....dh never left my side (God bless him), I was placed on drip and oxytocin, then contractions returned with no time apart, I was in pains, hubby held me and kept praying....baby was high up and refused to descend..... I couldn't pray again......I was just screaming for hours till I became white, my lips were dry and I passed out, dh never let go of me, he held on and kept praying.
I was revived but so weak, the midwives kept tapping me to keep me awake and finally they could see baby's head around 8:30am, since 4am I entered delivery room. I can't remember how I pushed but I know dh was helping to press my stomach when I was told to push. Baby came out blue but crying so loud, placenta came out too, I had a little tear, was cleaned and stitched and dh carried me back to my room. Baby was placed on oxygen and later became pink. I didn't lose blood or water, fibroid didn't stop God's work. I have been discharged and doing fine. Blessings and good wishes everywhere.....so so happy.....finally a mother to the handsomest baby in the world. THANK YOU JESUS..... Teamie, the pimples na part of the package. My face too has enough now unlike before but hey, one got to flaunt the pimpled face like that . Won't be advisable to use any harsh or unusual skin product if you ask me. It would clear with time.

You can be applying just your powder on the face do that the face can breathe as the heat is unbearable now.
Skineal is ketoconazole oilment( a drug) not advisable to use randomly especially by us. I don't know how safe the dermallis cleanser is to us.

early morning of 18/2, woke up to mild contractions, I also saw small amount of show. from around 8 pm of same day, d contractions became more painful n consistent occurring every 5-10 mins. by10:45, we were in d hospital. nurse checked n said I was 4cm dilated. I started walking about and by 2:15am, I was 8 cm. by this time d pain was out of this world.( women dey try). around 3am, I couldn't take it anymore, went to d labour room n continued walking n labouring within, nurse later came n told me to lie down n push wen I av d urge to poo. my sisters, after every every, pushing became a problem. d contractions will come and at d point of wanting to push, it will seize. it took more than 30 mins for me to push out my Prince
@ exactly 4am 19/2 .he weighed 4kg with minimal tear. May God grant d remaining mamas supernatural delivery Amen. BS submitted

had brown spotting with terrible sharp painful cramps one night went for scan the following day and was told no heartbeat and my baby was measuring 3 weeks behind, that was my first scan, first time of seeing the life growing in me and also the same scan that gave me the bad news no woman should ever hear, but who am i to question God?

Was told it was a missed miscarriage and had to go for evacuation. Ha, that was the darkest period of my life, 4 long years, all that pain, all the expectation, just like that my joy was snatched, like i said who am i to question God?

Even though sorrow may endure for a night i know joy will come in the morning, ha God must come through for me, HE cannot live me hanging, HE cannot disappoint me.

I am so sorry, just needed to pour out my heart

December 2018, will never be forgotten in my life it was the month i received my goodnews, the month God turned my story around, gave me a new song, confirmed that i am indeed a fruitful vine, indeed a mother of great nations, removed the label of barren the world gave me and for that i am eternally grateful.

The best 3 months of my life so far was knowing life grew inside me, confirming my womb a fertile ground and that God is not a waster of resources but the journey has come to a painful end, the first fruit of my womb, the answer to prayers of 4 long years is gone I cannot question God, but i hold on to HIM that gives beauty for ashes, HIM that will give me my oil of gladness for this loss and know that HE will make my joy full in no time. As the Lord lives this 2019 i will testify

To all bumping mamas, your joy will never be cut short in Jesus Name Amen!!!

It wont hurt your baby. Just be cautious because bodies are different and some foods causes unpleasant triggers. For instance, too much pepper for some people can cause stomach upset.

If you don't have aversion to milk, drink some cold milk to reduce the acidity or heartburn.

Please o sabi mamas i just finished eating now but the pepper was too much that i have to finish 1 and half bottle water

I had my princess yesterday 13/2/2019 via EMCS after failled induction and cervical ripening. Baby weighs 2.5 kg. Pls mamas in the house should pls pray for my baby as she is currently supervision after swallowing mecomiun during d process of delievery.

I just want to thank all the wonderful mama's here for always responding to our questions. May God be with your LO's and may Jehovah make it easy for other mama's who are yet to deliver their LO.

I went baby tinx shopping yesterday with dh who had to tk a day off work to drive me down (although my big Sis sent some baby things from overs but we had to buy other things too).

I appreciate alI d mama's here and those who responded to my question. I shopped at Oyo plaza(thanks to d mama that suggested Oyo plaza), I fed my eyes tire. Any mama who wants to shop at tradefair should go to Oyo plaza, varieties boku for d plaza.

I used Adorablewife, one other mama and strongwoman's list to shop cos of the prices written on it. Infact, dem for scam me well well but dh sabi price sha. The things I bought were even cheaper than d ones in the list I took 2 d market. I will post my list here once I've rested well.
