LagosG:how is he the worst human being, tell us what he did? |
happy birthday i thought they said there is karma, karma is only for poor people who dont have money for lawyers |
smtx:bro, you are capping do you know that jesus deing on the cross and his blood used to watch your sins is ritualistic and symbolic... it is similar to tattoos, they are ritualistic and symbolistic just like Jesus blood. |
4 buses to a population of almost 3 million people living in the federal capital ![]() See how they are smiling and shinning teeth for old technology. |
smtx:Pornography and masturbation are moral issues. There are biblical laws and also moral laws. And there is no moral laws that say that tattoo is bad. Moral laws in most times are culturally and also customs In many culture and customs including Nigeria, tattoos are allowed. It is only in the old testament, the bible wrote against tattoos to the children of Israel who were not christians. |
Hellisreal70:You obviously don't even understand what you wrote down, you are just repeating what was written down. Do you understand the context of what Jesus meant? |
smtx:Lol...you are not the right person for this discussion. And yes, a Christian can have a tattoo. |
smtx:You dont know your bible.who is talking about jesus and the adulttous woman Let’s stay on the topic, we were discussing tattoos. The only explicit ban is in the Old Testament (e.g., Leviticus 19:28). The New Testament gives no command about tattoos. You said I’m “leaving out” the Old Testament. But if you believe every Old Testament law still binds Christians, then be consistent: do you also follow the penalties like stoning, the strict purity and dietary codes, and the Old Testament rules about women and social roles? If not, you’re already making distinctions. Christians believe Jesus fulfilled the law and introduced a new covenant. The New Testament restates the moral core but not the ceremonial and civil codes. So pulling one Old Testament verse about tattoos while ignoring many others is selective. Bottom line: either apply the entire Old Testament code or acknowledge the New Testament framework. Singling out tattoos while discarding the rest is inconsistent and that’s the issue I’m calling out. |
Hellisreal70:Jesus death and resurrection created a new covenant, which replaced the old one given to Israel. The Old Testament law was a covenant with Israel, not the whole world. The Mosaic Law (laws given to Moses) was a binding agreement between God and the nation of Israel. |
smtx:if you claim you follow all the rules in the bible, why dont you stone people to death as written in the old testament or follow the rules on how women should treated as stated in the old testament or the complex laws in the old testament. Shebi una say new testament is the new way of life. i know you would have no reply because of hypocrisy |
RevenuesBoost:there is no where in the new testament where body tatoo is a sin |
they only show the top earners which in reality are just 1% of all drivers why dont you compare with the top 1% doctors, don't forget there are doctors that own their own hospitals and they make more than even the top 1% bolt drivers |
She is not a minister but believe me Nigeria is dead gone, we are creating a crime infested society don't be suprised that in the future, someone will kill 1000 nigerians and he will just have to apologise, that is the country we are living in right now. No repercussion if you commit a crime |
Let’s keep accepting lawlessness in our country until the consequences hit us, and then we’ll start calling for prayers for change. The future is looking truly bleak for Nigerian society. Someone commits a crime, and instead of facing justice, they’re rewarded with an ambassadorship. Another person commits the same offence and people rush to defend them. This is the same way we treat rape victims and families of murder victims with empty apologies, as if that makes everything okay. Boko Haram, militants, and terrorists kill, and we give them amnesty. We are breeding a culture of zero accountability and normalising a lawless society. Soon, we will reap the rewards of the seeds we’ve planted. Let’s keep forgiving evil, and we shouldn’t be surprised when, in the future, Nigeria has one of the highest crime rates in the world. |
this is funnyi dont know if i should laugh or shake my head. |
RealityKings1:una dey joze..you know what, the graduates love bribes the only stuff he needs to do is simple, get an accountant to literally workout all his finances at the end of the day, he will pay little. |
it is over for ukraine. now, they have to lose land to Russia. lesson, dont be allowed to be used as a pawn if you have a major world power as your neighbour |
Apart from sex, the guy has nothing to offer. He might just be fulfilling a fantasy. Obviously a 35 year old lady will be looking for stability, a child or marriage. If a woman of that age is dating a 2 years old, it is either she is just looking to control the young guy or she is delulu. |
Put this female thug on the ban list The problem in Nigeria is that the main reason why people do not respect rules is that they we live in a nation where sorry is accepted and also where enforcement is low. Someone can steal and then the next thing, people will come and apologize In Nigeria, there is no repercussions for anything you do. It is like you give incentives for people to break the law |
soon, they will say he is a billionaire...watch and see |
Colonial marriage. Imagine going to another culture to do your marriage when you are both african Or maybe they want a quiet wedding or maybe because Iceland have strong legal protection for married couples for instance, financial rights and inheritance protection |
Kushites:I was not born during colonialism and I don't hate my culture. It is silly claiming someone else culture because they painted a sculpture black. I myself don't call myself black, I identify by my ethnicity. We also don't call ourselves black. Black is an American and European classification. We identify by ethnicity here not colour of skin |
It is an expensive business to enter And also the market size is small. There aren't much travellers from Nigeria, you can actually check the daily traffic online and compare with some countries with almost similar population size like ours. Go to any major airport in Nigeria and you won't see much people in the hall. I have been to airport in Nigeria where only 100 people were in the waiting hall. Another stuff is that if 5 airlines control 75 percent of traffic that means jobs in that industry will be very competitive and it means, it is near impossible to progress in your career |
gregyboy:Stop saying what you don't know. Equal violence is only what is respected and feared. The British only respected only those tribes that show equal violence. It is the same way, the military respect bokoharam and isil and also the American government respect Taliban. Respect and admiration is only given to those who bring violence to the front. Those who don't fight, are easily taken advantage of and look down on. |
Love to claim other people culture |
i noticed something, western politics is all about trend rather than priciple but it does not mean that the LGBT agenda has stopped or you wont get arrested if you discriminate against the LGBT union, it just mean they reduce the publicity of it. |
Julius1995:you are only thinking about K1, what about the faan officials she endangered, it is about safety, you guys just use emotions or politics to judge issues rather than critical thinking This is the rule, A pilot cannot move an aircraft without clearance from the control tower and assurance that the tarmac is clear. She violation standard operating procedures. This is about safety. |
Julius1995:Then if she was professional like you claim. Then why did they suspend her and take her license. What she did is a dent on her resume. |
She was was unprofessional and the musician was acting like a thug. Both deserve prison time. |
She has lost her job. In a sane country, she will be in prison also that musician would have been her roommate in prison |
This is not a healthy relationship. It’s emotionally and physically abusive. your wife needs support, healing and possibly separation from you for for her mental, physical, and emotional safety. you needs serious therapy. you are toxic, unfaithful, and completely lacking in accountability. your child is growing up in a volatile home, and that’s a tragedy in itself. your wife need to leave if she has sense and seek help. |
When the British came to Africa, they encountered several tribes that resisted colonization with intense brutality. Interestingly, the British often developed a certain level of admiration or respect for groups that put up a fierce fight even if those tribes were eventually defeated. Take the Zulus, for example. They went all out against the British, engaging in multiple battles that made Shaka Zulu a legendary warrior-king. His fearless leadership earned the respect of both his people and his enemies. Even today in South Africa, the Zulu monarchy remains one of the most respected traditional institutions. Another example is the Kikuyus of Kenya. They fiercely opposed British presence during the Mau Mau Uprising, a major revolt that played a key role in pushing the country toward independence. The resistance was so impactful that, in 2013, the British government issued a formal apology for its role in the brutal suppression of the rebellion. In contrast, while there were pockets of resistance in Nigeria, none were as sustained or as intense as the Zulu or Kikuyu struggles. This may partly explain why many Nigerian tribes didn’t command the same level of reluctant respect from the British. Resistance came at a price but in the eyes of the colonizers, those who fought back often earned a lasting legacy. |
