This bank did exceedingly well. The only down side is the reduction in dividend, which is understandable. I expect fidelity to do better with better dividend yield.

Happy to have chosen Diamond. The pay is just awesome.

Let me also add that H. Wigwe reduced his indirect holdings in Access by 1billion units. Maybe to buy some units of diamond lol.

Air services to pay only 20k as dividend. That's not good for a 7 naira stock.

I have stop trusting Transcorp since the Hotel business was separated.
The hotel business is till part of transcorp. Transcorp holds almost 80% shares in that co. But the federal govt also holds some shares in the hotel, so also do some individuals. Its only logical for them to seperate it

It will affect Ecobank, because the money must be in the custody of the court while they appeal.
Not necessarily. If they appeal, they would invariably apply for stay of execution of that judgment, including the order to pay into court's custody...

Lol. That's one of them. Shell was about to sell OML 11 and 17 for $2billion and Transcorp were about to buy. But fg has given direction on OML 11. Hmm...

President Muhammadu Buhari has directed the NNPC to take over the Operatorship of the Oil wells from 30th April, 2019 and be confirmed 2nd, May 2019

wat going on ooh?
The direction is specific to OML 11 held by shell bp. It not every oil wells. There must be a reason for such a direction.

Pple always leave the market in times like this, when the market is down. They want to move in when market is high. This is not a recipe for success, it can only lead to constant losses.

Fbnh should be able to do #1.5 dividend if zenith, gtb fit reach out With #2.5. My opinion *
Huge NPL no go free them. By CBN rules they cannot pay dividends from their commercial banking arm. Their other arms might not make enough to even pay 50kobo.

Who is the class governor? huh
Today's election is somehow calm as against the violence envisaged, seems quite a number didn't even go out to vote.
A couple cases of ballot box snatching here in imo state. We expect the elections to be rigged here anyway, that's why we didn't bother coming out to vote.

You have to look at full year 2019. That's when the impact of the recent fall in wheat prices should start reflecting.

More like it. But those companies that deal only in flour, should do better than others.
I think that's why DF is doing better than FM and HF(both do more that flour)

The country is still in election mood. The fever is still on. Let's wait till after the 9th elections. If things remain as calm as they are right now then we know the problem of NSE is beyond the elections.

Zenith and probably UBA (will) have a higher EPS yield relative to their share price. Why can't they fly too?

The answer to this questions are gold.
My broda, that of stanbic is understandable. They have a very big investment arm that can move any stock.
But I no understand zenith/gtb price difference.

So Nestle is paying N38.50 dividend while Seplat is paying $0.05 . Looks like this earning season will not give so much returns. Happy trading!
Seplat $0.05 (N18) was interim dividend. I don't think they have released full year result yet. Seplat dividend yield us not too bad.

Nestlé dividend of N38.50 is 108% increase from last year. That's good appreciation for those involved.
