Talking about Magu, EFCC is meant to be independent, the house don't have power over all executive appointees, that's the reason why Ribadu was so effective in Obasanjo's regime, the house couldn't control him because if they can, then he can't prosecute anyone of them that is corrupt. Buhari submitting Magu's name is one of is many wrong steps, and the Vp have said the right thing, he's not subject to their approval. If the executive says Magu is not corrupt and he's fit to be EFCC boss, the house of thieves should leave it that way and face their numerous responsibilities.
