Age, sex and race is not an hindrance to landing a job IDEALLY.

But things you should prove:
1. Does the age come with valuable experience?
2. Will the age prevent learning new things, responsibilities?
3. Can you compete with your peers from Germany, EU, friends of the EU, then third countries?
4. If the profession has shortage of staffs, then, chances are higher.

Nothing should stop you from making an attempt irrespective.

The lady apply for study visa and the child dependent/ family reunion visa . She had block account over 20k euros . Since last year application pending is it okay if she use a lawyer since embassy said no response yet from German office ?

Currently, the embassy is inviting applicants who applied around Oct, 2024. October 4th 2024 applicants will be interviewed in June 2026.

I hope she still has the email account used for the application. And IMPORTANTLY ask if she received any emails from the embassy in December 2025 to reconfirm her interest.

Yes I am on the waiting list already, very soon it will get to me. I have already gotten admission from TH Bingen, uni Bremen just trying multiple choices. I know deferment works. My friend got admission last year deferred this year and will be enrolling by August online, and he’s not yet in Germany.Are you a student in RPTU? Do they grant letter for late arrival?

Alright. Yes I am at RPTU for Ecotox. If you ask for a letter, they should be able to issue.

Challenge is RPTU does physical enrolment. You may not be able to enrol and deferment may work if you won't be able to join by Oct 1. Otherwise, I strongly recommend that you continue to try other schools like University of Cologne's International Masters in Environmental Sciences.

Can anyone clarify if Affidavit of Spinsterhood signed by parents or family head AFTER marriage is necessary?
My wife and I do have a self-deposed spinsterhood and bachelorhood affidavit respectively BEFORE the marriage at the Federal Registry.

I actually wanted to go for my doctoral program and then they come later to join me thereby making it easy to start school there but getting the doctoral admission isn’t child’s play so I resorted to her going for Bsc. She wants to study mechatronics.

You raised reasonable questions with no room to learn. Where did you get to know it is 5000 F? That is true range BTW. You could have as well asked same source these questions raised.
1. Upon reentry, the heat is produced by the compression of air molecules in our atmosphere.
2. Only a small surface area is greatly heated as the larger portion is heat-insulated.
3. Speed reduces, heat is dessipated throughout reducing the initial 5000 F.
4. If you've been on a plane before, temperature around cruising height between 30,000-40,000 FT is around -70 F. This rapidly cools the 'fire head' as it continues in the upper atmosphere.
5. At about 25,000 FT when the first parachute is deployed, temperature is around - 30 F. At about 18,000 FT, it becomes -5 F and at 10,000 FT, it is about 20 F which is -4 °C (below freezing).
6. At splashdown, the speed is now around 30 km/h and temperature will be around 200 F about the boiling point of water.
7. Sea water is a heat sink and the surface to volume ratio is so small that the cold water suppresses steam forming for a large area. Think of it like a hot nail dipped into a 20L bucket of water, you won't see the steam that well.
8. Finally, the engineering of the capsule tip shows that the very hot tip forms an ablative char that easily cools off without retaining heat that would have allowed for boiling.

Please did you notarize your documents using a notary public from the high court or was it done by the Embassy? I am asking because on the website it stated that it can generally only be provided by German embassies or apostille from countries that adopt the Hague convention.

Enrol her for German up to a C1 level. B2 is actually insufficient for study, communication and examination in medical courses.

You can't say all and often in the same sentence, the usage is contradictory to your statement. Therefore your information is wrong.

That said, stop spreading false information. Only a handful of visas specify these info. Of course if you're going for a PhD, you're tied to that school and that program, if you're on a scholarship, you're tied to that school and the program. Some study visas mention just the program and degree type only, while MAJORITY of students visa issued at the Embassy in Lagos says nothing about your program or school. It just states it's a valid study visa which allows employment according to 16(b).

Maybe yours did depending on your visa application category but kindly confirm the information you disseminate before it becomes deliberate misinformation.

1. Well, you can use all and often at the same time in same sentence.
2. You have made an exception for PhDs and scholarships.
3. The majority you said were ONLY from Lagos, I'm not sure if you have seen majority of issued study visas. Meanwhile, while majority here are applying from Nigeria, a couple of others aren't.
4. I did not apply from Nigeria, my visa stated the school and programme. Ray applied from Lagos, his visa included similar information, school name, programme and location; same with his 2018/19 cohort. Jay & Fry applied from Poland and UAE, school names and information were included.

This is not a case of deliberate misinformation, rather from correct information close to me.

Would have been better if you addressed the query that necessitated my comment; whether s/he should arrive at the closest airport to the planned destination to avoid border control questioning.
