I am a final year student in one of the Polys in the East. My parent are not financially bouyant though they've have tried in their capacity. The thing is that this finals really needs resources and part of it are smart devices e.g phone, PC etc since I'm currently studying Computer Science.
Now, I do not possess any of the aforementioned devices as I lost my smart phone to flood last year.
I have been contemplating on using my house rent to get any of the mentioned devices.
Now my fear is:
How will I be able raise another money for rent before the due time which is ending of this month?.

true...but this is not the 1st time that sub went down there, they have been having such trips since 2021. so emergency steps must have been in place. what about radio contact with the vessel that was at the top waiting for them? if they make a sub that can go to such extreme depth, then they should have also figured out emergency steps to either A) recover the vessel and/or B) to locate it in time. Oceangate is a joke, these people inside that sub had to sign 3 different contracts in order that this company (that was charging each of them $250K) couldnt be sued in case of such accident.

this story makes no damn sense. the saddest part of this tragedy is that, to go search for them, they are now sending robot subs and not the exact same titan sub with people. what are they scared of?!

Another issue just rised today.
It's not up to one year I parked into this building and I have been consistent in paying the current bill for each month.
And the old tenants living in the building were quited due to non renewal of their house rents.
The Power Company just disconnected my light today because of arrears these quited tenants were owning.
They said I should start paying the arrears before they will reconnect my light.
The sum is #324,000. No Prepaid Meter.
So what is the best approach, should I start paying for the arrears of light I did not used?
I am just upset right now.

let the owner know about it as he is responsible for this issue, not you...you can A) let EVERYONE in that compound share the cost of the unpaid bill, or B) tell the landlord to give you your money back and move out if this problematic place.
