Not in this case. The police have come out to say, they can't prosecute him because of statue of limitation. Basically, the time within which he can prosecuted for such crime has passed. These laws vary depending on the state in the US.

Oga where did you study your own law ? Don’t you know that there is no statute of limitation on criminal cases? The only reason she wil not press charges is because she reached an out of court settlement.

This is what you get in Western societies when you remove the power of parents to "properly" discipline their own children. In London for example, you have a situation where Parents, other adults and even the police are afraid of correcting children and you can see in the eyes of UK children that they know they are the boss over the WHOLE society and they are UNTOUCHABLE leading to a situation where kids stab teachers and even headmasters to death to show their toughness to their classmates.

You see some of the secondary school children at the bus stop and they are no different from indecency stars in their mode of dressing and you can see in their wild eyes that they smoke drugs (which i my estimation more than 50% of UK kids smoke drugs. The boys on the other hand belong to one drug dealing violent gang or the other and they protect their drug turf with knifes and guns.

The UK is a time-bomb waiting to explode because of these feral kids and God help any pensioner who still lives in the UK in the next 10 to 20 years because by that time these thuggish gangsters called kids will be so emboldened that they will start attacking, robbing, maiming and/or killing ANYONE they feel can not defend themselves from these pack of animals called kids in the streets in BROAD daylight. These drug addicted animals called children are already doing so already but it will get worse by the day.

Some of us don't act like our lives depend on validation from women. Why should I sit at a table with a useless person to answer useless questions?
