AxaMansard is yet to get back to me after several mails and calls to their customer care.

Jumia should stop this fake insurance on phones on their sites.

Please anyone with such experience?

Even Jumia that partnered with them too will lose the confidence of customers with this untrusted insurance with Axa Mansard

Even if there is pandemic, business mindset demands that they respond to mails or even update the customers.

I guess their customer care is very poor for an insurance company.

Your Oservation is very correct. My A5 pro slipped into water slightly and the screen stopped responding. Its insured though on Jumia with axamansard.
since march its still pending resolution. Aside the issue its quite an amazing device for it price.

I bought 3 phones(Umidigi A5 Pro) from Jumia with insurance covering damage to screen and water damage for a year with not more 2 occurrences.
One of them got water damage since February which was checked by their technical team.
They promised to ship in a replacement screen in 3 weeks from march 19th.
I am still awaiting their replies to all my follow up mails to ascertain the resolution.

Has anyone gone through this process with resolution?

That's d problem they have not provided d details of d recipient. When it happened before they claimed the person has withdrawn d money.and they have flagged d acct to auto lock any further cash lodgement.

Based on 2 experiences so far with first bank mobile app on android. I will advice qw think twice b4 doing any transfer.
Oct 2nd 2015 I transferred 20k to my uba Acct. I was debited but was not credited on my Uba.

I always advise all users to get a scantool as cheap as 15k to enjoy your car. so that at any pop up of check engine light you can scan and check to see if its a minor or serious fault.
ive used my A6 for over 3yrs without any repair other than normal maintenance. which include pads change, oil and filter change, general suspensions.
My drive gear has gone into safemode like 3ce only to discover through scan that it was just a minor issue that has nothing to do with the gear itself.
I fixed it myself. just resocketing of gear connectors.

In case you transmission issue on 1998 upwards model you can holla me. I dont fix hardware but probably tell you what d issue is.

it all depend on d manner of all. the gorilla protection is not for screen breaks but for scratches.

Funny enough i had a non responsing tecno n7 changed for free
also Phantom A1 heating was repaired free.

firmware update is now possible on the R7 which i have updated twice after purchase.

Tecno may be inferior from your perspective, but its doing greatly in my hands especially this R7. Fallen severally on site with wounds allover but no crack yet. Even other More expensive phones are seen with people all around with cracked screen. They only feel proud with cos its samsung or Iphone.

My best part of R7 is the GPS. not even samsung is beating the GPS accuracy and responsiveness in it. I carried out several surveys with it and i got better results compared to even my garmin 76 GPS
