I did that. I submitted that. same docs i used for uk i used for this france. everything was in order.

Bad news. Just got denied a tourist visa. Reason is Intention to leave the Countery is not certain or so. All my documents we tight and in good order. WTF! they even stamped my passport abi wrote on it. Can someone help me to make sense of this. I have a valid uk visa which i indicated i ll be traveling in from the uk. Been to SA and Kenya. WTF

I leave for the UK 8th. How do I appeal this, What can I do.

I submitted all the right documents. I have a business which i run and I am the ceo. What do they want. They stamped my passport. What can I do. HELPPPPPPP. I'm in pain. My beautiful neat passport OMG

Please I need clarification on this. My brother is suppose to travel to UK on 16th of September and leave UK on 21st. wch is estimated to b 5 days according to the form he filled on gov.UK.
D issue here now is that he has payed for d visa fee but was unable to get an appointment date under 16th, he got 17th of September for his appointment date to submit his documents at TLScontact. Wch is contradicting to his arrival date of 16th on the form he filled on gov.uk
I don't know if this will affect his Uk Visa

Pls just forget that application. Dont show up for the biometrics forget it and seek a refund after 2 or 3 weeks. But in the mean time do a new application properly this time with new dates . No rush or panic. You ll get a refund after a few weeks

Yes I did. Tbh i made a few mistakes in filling the form. But with help from an agent (which i know you people dont like to hear about here) If using a company account yes its a sponsored trip. So now the answers to those questions are 'Yes' its a sponsored trip. How much do you earn 'Not Fixed', How much do you have personally 'Sponsored', How much are you bringing for the trip 'Sponsored', How much would they be paying towards your trip '2000GBP', Then also you write that your earnings as ceo depends on revenue/profit made by the company. The thing is a lot of people use their business accounts more than we all think. Then also as you said, use a support letter with an itinerary, board resolution, introduction letter etc. I am hoping on a positive result by Gods grace.

I am hoping other business owners are reading this as well.

You should be able to answer those two questions because you have the answer.

You should know how much a trip will cost you and if anybody else is paying for the trip.

So what do we do bro. I plan applying on monday. Please I would like anyone who has insight on our present situation to chip in. I plan to present both accounts then. An agent is advising i pay 1m in the personal account and describe it as Annual leave Expenses. And then present both personal and business accounts.

Has anyone had this experience and what we can do?

Me and You seem to be facing the same situation. There is a lot of activity in my personal account but currently its about 30k in it. I am an architect and builder. Using company statement and bank ref stating i am signatory, Is it now possible to say I am going to look at design inspiration in london. More like to go gain knowledge and insight? Thoughts and Opinions please?

You are likely to get refuse, if you rely only on corporate bank account. Unless you can proof with documents that your trip is business related. The purpose of visit is pleasure so you need to use your personal account for the trip!

Wow! really I was thinking I had everything sorted. I have about 30k in my personal account so can I transfer the 750k from my corporate account to this personal account and say on my into letter that it is for my trip?

Also I used only my corporate account for my sa visa and it was successful. I just added a bank reference letter saying I was sole signatory. Can I not do the same thing in this case?

I have about Xmillion in the account in the corporate account i plan to submit with also a bank reference latter saying i am sole signatory and I have tax certificate as i am sole signatory. I am not submitting personal account though.
