dulux07: Lets be realistic. Is it still possible to find most of these gals There voices have been heard. This admin has tried in the area of tackling terrorism, by Gods grace they will keep winning.
Besides, Its not this administration's fault. If GEJ had act on time, probably most of d gals would have been rescued, but, No, the useless man was busy sharing money meant for weapons. U sounds as if u were nt in nigeria then. I have u heard abt the americans report that came to rescue the? They said the when the finalise plans to rescue them ur brothers went and inform bk the next day all them (boko haram) came out with mask, thats why the girls are still there nt what u are instunuating. |

I'm nt sure u read/understand that post. Tribalism destroy this nation. ojuolu: The problem with an average Nigerian is the that words like "International,Foreign, multinationals" means authentic and correct view of things. This report remind me of the pieces(thrashs) written recently by The Herald newspaper of UK on the present war on corruption and the Economist on naira devaluation. The disconnect with reality is far too obvious. Shagari Regime of 1979-1983 is one of the most corrupt government in the world and in the history of the nation. According to my Father who was a public servant as at then and a public analyst, There was free flow of money among the elites so much that a black economy was created alongside the main economy. Drug peddling and other illicit activities were being carried out by people in government until Idiagbon/Buhari Junta came on board to start a sanitization war which swept through the whole land and send ripple across the international community. Like now, Corruption fought back and in form of a sponsored coup by the aggrieved persons in both military and civilian communities. The government was successful sacked in 1986. And since then, what happened and still happening have been an ongoing war between corruption and the progress of the nation. I don't want to go into history but i hate when some idiots from some maggot nations with loop-sided and half- baked journalism come into our polity to distort history and create this type of fallacy written here. |

Celebrities › Re: Adaeze Yobo Fires Back At Fans Who Say She's Lying About Her Age by Mrjo(m): 5:03am On Apr 14, 2016 |
Sex also contribuct alot. amokeme: These days, people expecially girls grow older or bigger than their age. Take a look at the kids born in the 1990s 91 2 3 4 5 6............ They all look older than their age, And I'm sure some people here have siblings that are 15 but look 20 or 21, so we shouldn't judge abeg. Like some months back, my aunt was insulting a lady just cause the lady said she is 20 and my aunt felt she is more.I just told her " mummy ×××× look at your daughter, she is just 17 and she is even looking way older than this lady here and even yourself. Who will believe xxxx is just 17 " She felt embarrassed but it was the truth. Iv seen 16year olds looking like they are in their early 20s (different factors contribute to this, like food, body development and makeup)
Another reason why I feel people don't believe the age of others is Achievement. You will agree with me that in Nigeria, it takes looooong to achieve something reasonable or something you can be proud of for most people. Now people that fall into this category find it hard to believe someone very young has achieved what they are still struggling to achieve (media recognition especially ) so when they hear you are in your 20s they just see it as impossible. It's some sort of default. |

Politics › Re: Senate Asks Amaechi To Resign by Mrjo(m): 7:55am On Apr 12, 2016 |
tuale4u: All dis nothern senators is not thier fault. If not for d stupidity of my Niger Delta brothers who are so fixated on Hating Buhari due to Instigation by the Igbos as a result of Jonathan loss, this senators wont be bold enough to openly admit adding more money to Kano rail at the expence of Calabar rail. When in d same speech, the same senator is telling us they have d power to add and remove any item from d budget.
If they can add and remove any item from d budget as they claim, why is it Niger Delta project that they are removing due to flimsy excuse that it was not on d original document despite d fact that it was presented to them in d senate as an addedum.
The simple question we need to ask this senators defending d ommission of Calabar lagos rail is this: All d constituency project they added to d budget were they in d original budget submitted to them? The increase in d amount 4 Kano rail was it in d budget submitted to them? All d new road linking thier states they added to d budget was it in in d original document submitted to them? If they can add items not submitted to them on d original document, what stop them from adding the Calabar Lagos rail project that was clearly successfully defended, discussed and submitted to them as an ammendment or addendum? Thier argument that it was not on d original document submitted to them is lame, completely outrageous and dead on arrival!!!!This people must be thinking they are speaking to morons!!!!
The greatest traitors to d Niger Delta right now are those fools, and extreme bitter people who are ready to kill d development of Niger Delta just because they hate Buhari 4 cheap political point.
The truth is dat Buhari got nothing to lose. He is a 72year old man who has been Governor, Minister, millitary head of state and today democratically elected president. He is already a great achiever.
We Niger Delta people are being foolish and myopic. We must protest against NASS.
We must not give away what belong to us just because Jonathan lost election. Niger Delta is bigger than Jonathan loss. We must move on and stop harming ourselves. Jonathan is a Beneficiary of Niger Delta Struggle. He was never part of d struggle. We must not destroy our region just because of a benefiary who never contributed much to our region when he got d opportunity.
We are just being stupid and foolish.
According to Peter Obi former Governor of Anambra state, Igbo are d cause of thier maginalisation because they dont know how to negotiate politically when others (North and South west) are negotiating for thier people.
My Niger delta brothers, please we must not end up like them. We should be wiser.
The Lagos Calabar rail is just named Lagos Calabar . The Rail actually goes from Lagos to Calabar to Aba to PortHarcourt to Ughelli to Sapele to Benin and to Ore to Ibadan and back to lagos. It is South west, South South and South East rail. The rail is expected to also link Onitcha and Asaba and Warri.
We claim we are more educated than the North. We brag with our worthless PhDs.
