luggy: Diamond bank reducted #5000 from my diamond bank account whit out my knowledge, so i,m not suprise to here that, they sack 100 workers. . Diamond bank is a bad bank.

They didn't deduct 5000 naira from your bank account , you are on savings extra package and for that account , the minimum operating balance is 5000 naira, its a promotional account with comes with lots of benefits you can not see in other banks savings account. If you need your 5000 naira, walk into any of the branches , meet a customer service rep and request for a migration form, in 2 mins, you should be able to take your 5000.

This is a false story. I currently work with diamond bank and I can say they didn't drop up to 100 people , it was way less than that and trust me they were dropped for one reason or the other some of which were for fradulent and fraud related activities, the rest were really low performers and I know deep down people currently working see reason why some had to go.
The thing about working in a bank is simple, your contribution ie the kind of value you should add should be able to pay your salary and two others, when your contribution can't even pay your armed robber salary, then there is gonna be a serious problem. This is what you people see today when people are sacked from banks.

I don't work with ecobank but I know somewhere in their policy it states that noone should be in the banking premises after 7pm. Its so in my bank but yet you still see people working till 8pm and sometimes 9pm. Its inefficieny IMO and trust me if management gets to notice, a lot of Memo's would fly around for a lot of persons.

at least 50million naira per month n up to 300000000million naira towards the next six months ie by d end of d year, n far he's only been able to pull in just 3million naira n he knows that his job is at risk. There's currently a thriving slave system in d Nigerian banking industry n this sytem has to be abolished through any possible means

So I think it's hightime there's a regulatory body which caters for d welfare n rights of the banks' labor force in Nigeria

Funny enough , sometimes the sacks are justifiable and reasonable no matter how bad it may look . In the end , the remaining people who were not affected by the sack would agree with management. Banking industry is a commedy.

op nor get sense , how many staffs are in diamond bank all together ? are you high or you are just incredible stupid i work in diamond bank and i can bodly say that there have not been any major sack of workers in the past 11 months or more.

Op use common sense , if you remove 2000 workers from the current workforce in diamond bank then we ll be left with just a few at the head office , who would then man the other branches accross nigeria?

Hello fellow nairalanders, I just subscribed to the normal Comonth glo bis plan which is normally 3GB for a month, but to my suprise after checking to see my volume I found 1023MB which is amost 2GB less of what they are supposed to give me . Please note that I just did the bis and the first thing I did after that was to check my data cap.
The evidence is in the time of the phone and also the time of posting the thread, match that with the stipulated expiry time of my current bis bundle and you would know I have been ripped off.

Getting a US bank account these days is FREE if you know where to look for it. Also, as at when I registered for amazon I didn't have a website , just a free ..com address...

It still bores down to the sites functionality and also the type of company . For instance , to design shell's website we would be looking at 50million naira maybe (everything inclusive ) but for them p squares oil company if they have any , 500k to 3million should do the trick .

BN, remove theme credits , sample page at the top and also clear all those footer links .
