He collect peoples details when he once advertise to give them soft loans only to use their details to open accounts with banks and be defrauding people. I am still tracking his Stealing Bank account with same name and other people names he used

is it possible for some one to have same three names with another person because it's like some one used my name to open account to scam people.

Please I need help this person once promised to give people loan, I just discovered he used people's details to open account and defraud them.
