It worked! Thank you Sir JustMellow. It worked!

JustMellow:
Hello Mrkingz,

Don't over compress to a blur extent. If its blur but still a bit readable, its fine. You may compress in JPEG format as a first step, then convert into PDF format before compressing again. Same routine for each document before a final merger. Again, compress it.

Thereafter, for a last time, compress with a system using either site below:

pdf2go.com
pdf24.org

I believe it will work.

Best of Luck

Greetings Great Minds!

I have concerns with compressing documents and their eligibility to read;

1. when fully compressed (strong compression using smallPdf pro), figures in my transcript and other recommendation letters/documents appears hard to read!

Question: Am I being overly concerned about this? Is it just ok

If I am the VO reading these docs, that's some extra work the applicant is giving me! I am just abit concerned.

Any comment on this or some other extra thing to do to my docs to make it small and still able to be read without stress, please, kindly offer your thoughts.

Thank you in advance!

Thanks for sharing.

Please any ideas if any one has been successful getting a study approval using a LOA offered by a DLI that
does MBA but via a completion of MBA Foundation courses..? University Canada West offers MBA foundation courses for those with low class of degree but work experience.
Thanks.

Sure you and i haven't gotten the same sister?? LOL.
Well, applied on my sister's behalf who got a B.A in Linguistics and has been working for about 4 years now, owns land property and got straight refusal.
Awaiting the GCSM notes but i began seeing some blunders when i had already submitted the application but said ''Man na Man''
She had a third class so couldn't go in for a MSC and we decided to switch to a Diploma in Journalism since they are two correlated fields and was well elucidated on her LOE and how it would impact her, career progression but all went in vein.

Go for a progression. Can't have a B.A and go for a Diploma please. How old is she ??
There is no formular in sponsorship but makes sure it's either Mum or Dad or a study loan (best preferred).
If it's a third party (Uncle, in law...) have the money transferred to her account and get a LOS from them.
Hope we can work together, i do plan to appeal for her
Thanks.

Greetings JustMellow & every other great mind!
Thank you for these priceless enlightenment y'all bring here. So priceless!

Pls i have 2 questions to ask;
1. what address should i use/indicate for my sponsor who works outside of Nigeria but has his family based in Nigeria? considering that his work ID will show he is based outside Nigeria & i am applying from Nigeria?
2. can my sponsor use electronic signature for signing..?
what do you advice.

Thank you JustMellow.
1. the thing is my savings account has not seen so much traffic of cash as compared to my salary account. That is why im thinking having the gift-deed cash sent to my salary account would be ''safer'' for me as compared to my savings account. what do you think?

2. should the LOE, GIFT DEED letter from sponsor be notarised?

Much respect!
Thank you so much JustMellow.

JustMellow:
Hello Mrkingz,

Since the funds is coming from your sponsor, an LOE from your sponsor and you to the effect will suffice. Your personal savings account would have been more suitable for your visa application.

However, if you're not in hurry to apply, you can leave it there for the meanwhile.

All the best

so is it that i can submit visa application without any supporting documents..? help me understand pls. thanks
Time2soar:
If the money is from your sponsor with a letter of sponsorship, there is no need to wait.

Thanks JustMellow.

Please, is it safer to WAIT till the funds transferred to my salary account from my sponsor STAYS at least 4 MONTHS before submitting my Study Visa application? I am trying to avoid creating a scenario of "suspicion" where it's like funds was dumped into the account in view of visa application - especially when this will be the 1st time such an amount has ever entered the account..

I thought someone else with similar question could get an answer, thus my asking this in public space.

To other gurus, your feedback and thread links will do us a huge good.

Much respect.
JustMellow:
Hello Mrkingz,

If you've already gotten your LOA., you can decide to put it in 6 months prior to the program start date whilst you gather more information and source for the required documents during the time waiting period. I have as well responded to your PM.

All the best

Greetings JustMellow,
i'm a newbie here and have been doing some extensive reading-up of your write ups & those of other gurus..! Man, you are helping out a big deal! Well done & pls keep it up.
i'd like to ask; for summer 2021, what time do you advice for me to put up a study permit application? Presently i'm working on my SOP/LOE & others. I sent you a mail request, by the way.
Thanks
JustMellow:
Hello Ucy12,

Three weeks is enough time to look out for the possibility of things to fall in place. However, I think you should carry your school along with any encounter you may experience. If you reason with them wisely, a sympathic extension may be granted. The early notice to them the better.

Given that most schools resumption will be commencing on 9th September or after, IRCC maybe working towards this timeframe to dole out their final decision. Though there may be exceptions given that Fall applicants have till September 15th to put in their applications. In my own observation, I think IRCC would process Fall 2021 applications from September through December along with Winter 2021 application. Reason being to the travel restriction in Canada and the 50% online studies outside Canada.

To your question on whether to relax or not, I believe your notes will be most appropriate to advise you. As usual, I believe SP applicants will still get the final decision without PCC. However, if its so required this time around, it will surely be requested.

All the best
