Don't be fooled, the monikers hyping Infinix on the first page all belong to one person. S/he is typing and replying through various monikers which can be traced to him.

Go to the front-page and check the dates they all registered. Some are on the 18th of March, 2016, 6th of Feb 2017, others registered yesterday (20th of March 2017).

If you buy an infinix product based on their shady testimonies, you're on your own.

I'm typing this with an infinix phone I bought after this kind of adverts. Bought the phone on 12th of December, the board got bad on the 24th. Had to get another board at almost half the price of the phone.

When you're in paid employment, each morning you wake up to go to work brings you one day closer to your exit from that company.

Being a judge is also risky. However, just as we have witness protection programs for witnesses, there are also protective measures for jurors.

Sequestration does a lot of good for the jurors and limits the ability of litigants from reaching the jurors, hence they are insulated from influence.

The Jury system is practiced in the US and some other jurisdictions, but it is NOT practiced in Nigeria. In Nigeria, only the Judge rules and gives judgement in contentious matters before him in court.

To answer your questions,

1. The judge is like a legal adviser to the jury. S/he ensures that pieces of evidence adduced, witnesses summoned and testimony given are in accordance with existing laws.

2. Yes.

3. No juries in Nigeria.

4. Yes, participation is a must as it's a civic duty. However, a juror my be excused based on certain considerations.

5. No, they aren't paid. Accommodation and feeding during sequestration are taken care of by the government.

Lest year, Daniella Okeke posed with some vehicles. The pics were on Nairaland front-page here. A poster ran an online check on the plate number of the vehicle and it was registered in the name of Apostle Suleiman.

You guys just think Keyamo is a stupid lawyer. When the matter gets to court, it will be determined by experts whether it was photoshop or not and when the lady gives birth, I presume she can ask a court to force Suleiman to undergo a DNA test.

Anyway he will settle the matter out of court when that time comes.

I can confidently tell you that Keyamo doesn't win cases. He's just a noisemaker. He has bungled several cases due to his incompetence. From Bola Ige's case to others, he just disgraced himself.

In Dimeji Bankole's case, this incompetent Keyamo asked the court to convict Bankole on morality even if he didn't do his job properly as a lawyer.

Tinubu is a very smart politician. He wants Osinbajo as president but won't come out to reveal that as it would redirect the attacks to Osinbajo.

He has simply tossed a red-herring to scatter the North and make them say what they are thinking. Meanwhile, Osinbajo is going from Aba to Warri to Akwa Ibom, stealing the heart of the SE and SS. He's not making the mistake of Gej and OBJ who did everything to pacify the north at the expense of their own people.

In 2019, if the south presents one single candidate, the North is finished cos that can't stand that. They always scatter the south prior to elections, but can't believe the same dish would be served to them this time.

They would fight Tinubu from now till 2018 only for them to discover in 2019 that Osinbajo is the main guy. By then, it would be too late.

Interesting days are ahead.

Banks turned themselves into speculators and were seriously involved in round-tripping. Unfortunately, the CBN governor can't do anything cos he's also a sleazy banker.

Why should banks not have dollars to sell, but northerners have? It is because it it is more profitable to sell to abokis above the official price than to sell to those who need it at the official price.

Instead of Banks to sell to you at 305, they prefer to sell to Abokis at 350, while the Aboki sells to you at 455.

Sometimes, the exchange rate is supressed artificially but the deal thing is to let it flow with the dynamics of the economy. What Osinbajo has done is to take the game out of the hands of the speculators and back into the control of the CBN.

Now, speculators are unsure of the next move as they have dollars on their hands but are considering their options.

You are offloading your own USD but advising others to keep theirs, wehdone.
