How many people here on Nairaland who bought land from real estate companies have been able to build on their plots?

How many companies selling land here on Nairaland with 'Excision under processing' have gotten theirs?

How many estates have valid legal documentation for parcels of land that they sell?

I'm a property lawyer and I have conducted due diligence on behalf of clients with regards to several estates being advertised here on Nairaland. Many of them don't have valid documents, some use C of Os to scam people, some aren't processing any Excision that they claim to process.

There's a particular estate being sold here on Nairaland where the company is fraudulently using a C of O not related to the land. Buyers aren't aware of this because they didn't get their own Surveyors to the site before paying. They're pouring millions of naira for an estate with phantom documents.

Unfortunately, the greatest scams by real estate companies are in the Ibeju-Lekki axis. They have packaging but they're hardcore fraudsters.

As for the Omoniles, some may land-grabbing, property reselling scammers who have defrauded many Nigerians, but there are ways of handling them. In fact, as a lawyer, I can't buy a single grain of sand from most of these real estate companies as I'll rather buy from the omoniles.

Very soon, I'll have to open some threads here on Nairaland to expose the scams being perpetrated by these Omoniles and real estate companies selling land in Nigeria.

Do U think a guy/girl who is a good church person who loves you can do that?

For instance, after a date, when going home, you're supposed to be kissed at the door. Do u think a good guy knows to do that?

Every lady loves mind blowing sex but you all deny it as usual. Do u think a good guy can give u the sort of raunchy sex you dream of?

Every lady loves a spontaneous guy. Good guys are damn boring and not spontaneous. The truth is a bad guy knows what a good girl wants and he gives her. That makes her go crazy for him.

Conversely, a bad b!tch knows what a good guy wants and gives him, that makes him go crazy over her. That is life.

However, the problem girls have is that a bad boy sees you as a goal. Once he has conquered you, he moves on to the next goal. However, they're thinking of changing him to become a good guy without knowing his hidden plans.

There's a difference between right, privilege and duty.

Also, there is no parameter for determining what help is insufficient, sufficient or oversufficient when dealing with such matters. Hence, it is subjective.

As for me, I'll take care of my parents, benefactors and dependants WITHIN MY ABILITY. No one is gonna tell me what is not enough and what is too much. I'll help them all but satisfy myself as to adequacy and quality.

If you helped me with little when you had nothing, I'll willingly help with much when I have a little.

Reminds me me of some years back, I was traveling with my dad from Abuja. Somewhere along Akure expressway, there was traffic. There was a police checkpoint with a queue of vehicles.

Suddenly, one Coaster bus with Federal Ministry of Transport written on it jumped the queue and faced us in the opposite direction thereby blocking the road and causing traffic. The policemen begged him to go back, but he refused.

My dad got down from the vehicle and his orderly went with him. When he heard what happened, he asked the man to g back and join the queue. He then turned to the policemen and told them that if the man moved an inch, they should fire. His orderly and policemen cooked their rifles and the stubborn driver reversed with speed.

Some people would be forming tough and unruly thinking they're above the law, but they'll be prostrating and doing 'yes sir' to security men and cleaners at embassies.
