One major factor that the author of the article missed is that bello does not have a voters card- a critical requirement for contesting election. INEC erred in the first place by allowing bello to contest the election because he does not have a valid voters card. It is just like a candidate being snuck in to sit for jamb without a valid jamb registration. Any result he gets from the exam is invalid. It is just common sense. But This is the era of APC abracadabra. So let us wait and see

Lagos seems to be the only model APC can boast of. Others are just hog-wash mirage of failed leadership, including the presidency.

Governing Lagos is just like managing Barcelona F.C. You have all the resources, if you don't use them, they will use themselves.

The resources you're talking about were brought about by the foresight of Bola Tinubu. He provided a template which his successors are simply executing.

Apart from the resources, leadership has a key role. If you disagree, just imagine someone like Obanikoro as the governor of Lagos.

Also, Ogun State has also recorded milestone achievements under the present Gov. I think it has to do with the foundation laid by predecessors and the quality of leadership than party affiliations.

I opened a current account with Access Bank about three weeks ago and I am yet to get either an ATM or cheque book. I was told my references couldn't be verified (despite getting an Access account reference). I supplied another reference and the story is the same. The account is open to deposit, but closed to withdrawals and I put in something substantial in the account, but I don't have access to the funds.

Tomorrow morning, I'll go to Access Bank and inform them that if my account is not operational by Friday, I'll write formally on Monday with my letterhead to close the account. Let them reply me and put their useless reasons in writing and I'll reference it as an example of when slothfulness costs you customers.

Please could someone explain the meaning of memorandum of loss in regards to CofO.

A Memorandum of Loss is a Legal document which states that a certain document of title has been lost or destroyed and it seeks to bring this information to the notice of the appropriate authority which issued such title document.

When a C of O gets lost or destroyed, the government would never issue the holder with another one. What the holder of such missing C of O can do is to get his lawyer to prepare a Memorandum of Loss. This memorandum of loss is then registered at the Lands bureau where the missing C of O was issued.

For additional security, the memorandum of loss is accompanied by a 'caveat' placed on the property described in the missing document.
