If you use your head to reason instead of praying, things will work out. But if you use your head to reason and you now pray, things work out better. You'll get to a level that you need help from above to solve problems below. When you enter am, nobody go tell you. |
Marriage is like the University. Those yet to marry are looking for how to get in and those in marriages are looking for how to get out. |
There are steeper roads in mountainous regions of Nigeria. People drive rickety vehicles on them daily. |
Behind every great fortune lies a great crime. |
Internal bleeding Poisoning |
Those you think will help you won't help you. Even if they promise, they will fail you. Help usually arises from unexpected sources. |
forgiveness:Those are border towns. You need to attract residents from Lagos who you can add to your tax bracket. Increased tax generated from those areas can then used to develop the inner areas. |
DOTian:You forgot to add the death of Idris Derby of Niger Republic. That one remains mysterious till today. |
tantricmona:I doubt if the people of Yobe share your sentiments. |
Buni is like someone who jumped on a speeding bus, he sat down, is comfortable and doesn't want to jump down. He now wants the bus to park properly in front of his house. |
The PRO of the SSS should know that there is nothing like DSS in law. The statue establishing the creation of that organisation calls it the State Security Service and not the Department of State Services. |
forgiveness:Leave cargo airport and water scheme aside, fix the Road connecting Alagbole down to Agbado. That is basic commonsense. If that road is fixed, more Lagos residents will move into Ogun state and the tax bracket will be increased. |
Those bingos jumped in front of my vehicle the last time I passed Sapon, I had to swerve to avoid hitting them. Next time, I will be more deliberate. If their destinies are to have their legs broken in pieces, who am I to stop them? |

Right from the time of Obasanjo, Sahara Reporters has been a pain in the a22 of government. During Yar'adua, Sowore had to run out of Nigeria. Now that People's Gazette has joined the pack, FG go sack taya. |
Investment opportunities are plenty in that area. |
This denial should also come from Osinbajo, not only Malami. Personally, I won't believe Malami on this without corroboration by Osinbajo. |
Free Advice. Lots of companies are selling land in that that Free Zone Area but they are selling problems to people. Anyone buying land there should only buy land with approved Excision, Gazette, C of O and Governor's Consent. If you buy land with excision in progress as its title, you don't have land. That Free Trade Zone Area needs hotels, hospitals and most of all, residential buildings built like hostels. If you can do blocks of self-contained apartments, you will have companies in that axis willing to take everything from you on a long lease. If buying, look at Imobido, Idasho, Magbon-Segun, Tiye and surrounding places, those are the hot areas there. Don't buy land inside the bush. Avoid land beside the main road, the road will be expanded and your land may be eaten up. Finally, don't buy land in areas zoned for industrial purposes. You won't be able to do anything on the land, that's if government doesn't acquire it in the future. Good, dry, problem-free land suitable for development in the free trade zone are not cheap. They start from like 7M, 8M and above. A client got one for 12M, waterfront land just beside Dangote jetty. Nice deal. 10 years from now, you will remember this my post. Don't only read, take action. |

She should have applied to Obafemi Awolowo University. 14-year olds routinely get admitted there. If you pass, you get admitted. They don't follow all these funny rules from JAMB. |
The VP has no constitutional powers. Whatever power he exercises belongs to the President and such is consequent upon the approval of the President. |
Etinosa1234:Apply for internships in top law firms. Some are unpaid, some pay a token. It helps to broaden your horizon and have an idea of how practice works. |
Headworld4real:You are not safe and you are very very naive. In the coming days, that woman can lie to her colleagues about you and set you up. There are many like innocent inmates in Kirikiri simply there because they lied against them. You need to balance madness with madness. Write a Petition to DIG Operations in Abuja or AIG Zone 2 detailing everything that has happened. Tell them the whole story how the woman has been blackmailing and threatening your life. Don't take this soft, it may be your only chance at getting yourself out of serious implication. |
NwaAmaikpe:They have a Supreme Court judgment over that land. If not, they won't have 1/40 of the land |
OGHENAOGIE:Not impossible. He was former Army Provost. His responsibility included arrest and discipline of soldiers. The thing is that his wife was also kidnapped after he was killed. |
OGHENAOGIE:He is a serving General. |
nairavsdollars:You are joking with 2022 model curses. ![]()

Most drivers that accept vehicles or motorcycles for transportation intend cheating the owners of such vehicle or motorcycles. Their daily operations, activities and stories are geared towards achieving their ulterior motive: cheating the owner. To reduce incidents of this happening, 1. Favour hire purchase over rentals. 2. Let the hirer pay some deposit (10%) which forms part of the hire purchase sum before you hand over the vehicle to begin work. 3. Let the hirer provide 2 guarantors, one of which must be a Civil servant. 4. Make sure you don't buy what you can't track. Install a tracker but don't tell the driver. This is hard in keke and bikes. 5. Ensure comprehensive insurance but don't tell the driver. 6. Hire only to young guys without family obligations. 7. Never ever give a family member even if he/she meets all the requirements. If you can get someone who can fulfil the above obligations, at least your headache would reduce. If you can't ensure you satisfy the above, use your money and buy local chicken to eat. At least, it's better you eat your money than someone else eating it. |
Abbeyme:It is what has been done severally, not some beer-parlour hypothesis. You and your Baba sọpe theories can't stand it. Go and ask Fashola what lawyers used his eyes to see during his administration. Lagos was paying heavy damages at regular intervals to litigants. |
litigator:There is a prayer I always love: A declaration of the Court that the Defendant is unfit to hold public office. Add it and watch them cry like babies. If the action succeeds and the prayer is granted, such public officer is finished for life. A solid petition to the Governor with a link to this video will get that Lastma boss out of office within a few days. |
Wrote my project on the laws guiding Financing Energy Projects, today I'm into real Estate Estate and investment law. My project helped me secure an internship in one of the top 3 law firms in Nigeria but I followed my passion and I'm into Real Estate. So, my undergrad project helped me in the initial years of my career but currently it is not of use. |
