Atiku contested Presidential primaries under SDP on 92 and stepped down for Mko. He contested in 07, 11 and 15. All those times, he was beaten.

Since Atiku had problems with OBJ, he has never won an election in his home state of Adamawa. In fact, in 2007 Presidential elections, Adamawa gave Yar'Adua more than 500k votes and 300k votes to Buhari, meanwhile Atiku got only 30k votes in his home state. This is despite the fact that he was a sitting Vice President.

Now, someone that got 30k in Adamawa last time is the one you're banking on to deliver Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, Yobe?

Mark my words, if Atiku flies PDP flag in 2019, Buhari would get at least 6M votes higher than Atiku.

There are many interesting clauses in it. For instance, any child that goes to court to dispute the Will is automatically disinherited.

The benefits of writing a Will far outweigh it's demerits.

Writing a will helps you determine who gets what in your absence. Dying without a Will puts your estate (properties) at the whims of members of your family some of whom may not be intended beneficiaries of what they get.

Try to read Gani Fawehinmi's Will. That is one of the best Wills in this country and they use it to teach Lawyers in Law School.

This is holiday period, use your Corel draw skills to design a flier and distribute to students and school leavers around. Organise one week crash course in the skills you have. You'll get at interested people who would respond.

You can prepare your small chops and put them in transparent small plastics. Offer to display in shops on sale-and-return basis. Offer to sell to them at like 350 and they sell at 500. Design a small label like bread label attached to it so people can reach you for orders.

Approach churches and offer to teach their youths your skills for a nominal fee.

If the late owner of the property died intestate (without a Will), they can't manufacture a Will from somewhere. Even if there is a Will, it must have been registered.

What they need to do is obtain a Letter of Administration over the property. Once done or while in the process, they can enter into negotiations with interested banks. However, they'll need a lawyer in their negotiations with the bank as well as processing the Letter of Administration.

This property is in Lagos and since there's no Will or Letter of Administration yet, it is governed by Yoruba inheritance law and customs which are the Idi-igi and Ori-ojori systems of distribution.
