Get a lawyer to prepare a memorandum of understanding between both of you. Let there be confidentiality, non-compete and profit-sharing clauses in it. Thereafter, get it executed at the High Court.

Give the foreign NGO jobs serious consideration, they pay their drivers higher than entry level staff of most banks. However, they are contract jobs with a specific time frame of employment.

I'm a lawyer and as part of my practice, I represent tech companies and startups. So, I'm pretty familiar with the structural, regulatory, advisory and business side of tech. So, while the techies come up with the idea, mine is to make sure that idea gives rise to a successful technology company.
