guy its best to sale the corrupt place keeping over 40000 mostly children of the rich and paying them for doing nothing is very bad i wrk in the sector i know what am talking about look at NITEL NEPA and you will wisdom in it brother Buharis daughter got employed because her father is the president with monthly salary of 7.8 million please tell me should we still keep that kind of place ? lets be patrotic for once Sirjamo: The only way to stop subsidies completely is to get our refineries working again or build new ones, or deregulates the downstream sectors 100% and let the masses bear the costs.
Obi and his boss want to remove subsidies and leave Nigerians to pay more for PMS which will lead to more inflation and make life difficult for us.
Buhari and Osinbajo want to keep subsidies for the mean time until private refineries currently under construction come on board, then, we will be able to stop subsidies completely without creating more economic hardship for the people. |

Politics › Re: “I Found Buhari Very Competent & A Square Peg In A Square Hole” – Gbenga Olateru by MrMoney55: 9:59am On Jan 02, 2019 |
Buhari is very very incompetent and everybody knows that even the blind the sick i mean all Nigerians Greatpoet: APC Chieftain and Business Man, Engineer Gbenga Olateru has expended his views on why he has always been standing with President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration. In his words, the Osun State Indigene muses:
“I have being looking forward to a President that will stand tall in Integrity and can be trusted. I found Buhari very competent and a square peg in a square hole.
He identified what governance is all about, and that’s, Creating enabling environment for business.
This onerous task was aptly done, and still continues with provision and projects on INFRASTRUCTURE. These are Railroad, Electricity, Highways round the 6 political zones. The projects reminds us of 1970s/80s when we have functional companies like, the VW of Nigeria, PAN, Michelin, Dunlop, Berec battery, Exide battery, Anamco in Anambra, and Leyland motor in Ibadan, assembling Land Rovers then.
Coming from a private sector, I believe in selecting the right capable hands for the task ahead. This was applied in the selection of the high performing team of ministers and heads of MDA.
These highly capable hands has performed beyond the imaginations of his detractors.
And as a community head in Osun, I feel I should assist the president by contributing my own quota in promoting the APC candidates for another 4 years.
Having been solidly on ground in Osun, leveraging on my late father’s political prowess, I believe i should promote our candidate’s name within my zone. Hence my interest in anything Buhari. This could be attested to with my contribution to the success of our present Governor’s election, in person of His Excellency Gboyega Oyetola.
Few minutes ago i left the Osun state APC chairman’s end of the year party and we had a fruitful deliberation on how to move my hitherto comatose pearty in Ifelodun local government forward by Restructuring the party and lead the team to winning one. There is plan to discuss further this week.” Engr. Gbenga Olateru explains.

Politics › Re: APC Accuses PDP, Atiku Of Sponsoring Smear Campaign Against Buhari by MrMoney55: 9:56am On Jan 02, 2019 |
what is this one talking actiondrilling: The All Progressives Congress (APC) has accused the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, of sponsoring smear campaign against President Muhammadu Buhari.
Addressing a press conference in Abuja yesterday, APC National Publicity Secretary, Lanre Issa-Onilu, alleged that the plot was hatched in collaboration with some foreigners in Dubai.
He maintained that the plot, aimed at dishing out fake news and spurious allegations against Buhari, his family members and other government officials, have failed to achieve the desired result.
He said: “Their Dubai-made strategy has collapsed like a pack of cards. The plan was to recreate the 2014/2015 scenario when APC pilloried them for their crimes, which woken the electorate to the reality of the disaster we were headed under the PDP government.
“PDP, led by their presidential candidate, Abubakar Atiku, paid huge sums of money to some foreign con men in Dubai who posed as strategists.
“They began to spurn daily fake news and make spurious and unsubstantiated allegations against our president, his family members, the vice president, the APC national chairman, notable government officials, and public institutions to deceive Nigerians,” he said.
He said their strategists did not tell them that such would not work when the allegations cannot be proven.
According to him, this is unlike in 2015 when the APC allegations were based on facts, which have been validated by revelations upon revelations of heist committed during the inglorious 16 years of PDP rule.
The publicity secretary added that the opposition’s disgraceful recourse to false alarm, as a campaign strategy this time is a wrong approach, as facts are sacred.
He stressed falsehood, no matter how fleet-footed, would be overtaken by the truth in no time.
Issa-Onilu said the reality has dawned on the fortune seekers in PDP that it is not possible to tag a label of corruption on President Buhari as a demarketing strategy.
He said it is also not possible to campaign based on issues of governance, as the achievements of this administration have shown, adding that it is obvious that the PDP has found itself in a fix.
“Many in the leadership of the main opposition party are finding it difficult to identify with a character like Atiku and many of the charlatans running the PDP campaign are unsellable.
“It is worthy of note that a few of the PDP leaders, with some residual credibility, are battling with their conscience as they are increasingly becoming uncomfortable with the level of immorality that underlines the PDP’s politics. Anyone with a modicum of decency cannot be proud of the odious reputation of PDP,” he alleged.
He further claimed that when this is added to the fact that the PDP campaign has failed to present any programme to Nigerians, it could be seen clearly why the party’s campaign has become a stillborn.
“Like a lion, PDP roared, but it didn’t last and has joyfully ended up as the bleating of a goat,” he added.
