The 2023 election was the most credible in Nigeria history. Even Po & atiku didn't allege rigging at the tribunal. Their case was all about drug, 25% fct, real-time result transmission etc.
So the election was very credible. So I agree 100% with PBAT.

Proving election rigging is one of the most impossible task to do in Nigerian election tribunal or case, only naive lawyers follow that route.


The best practice to achieve a positive outcome is to challenge the process not just the outcome, and also to go for disqualification of your opponent where necessary. These are the easiest to prove and win in an election tribunal.


Despite the manual counting of iREV uploaded results by INEC Nigerians and news houses have done for Rivers state and Lagos citing rigging by APC, have you guys admitted it, so why waste time counting more for fun? Only INEC CTC stands in court

Section 134 (1c) of the Electoral Act, 2022 provides:
An election may be questioned on any the ground that - The respondent was not duly elected by the majority of the lawful votes cast at the election
Just prove ur case with your own calculated results with evidence. That's all
Moreover, the Supreme Court recalculated Imo election results in 2019 which gave Uzodinma victory.
Also, in this current election petition (if u are following), APC/Tinubu just recalculated their result for Kano thereby increasing their tally by 10,000 votes
Also, Peter Obi governorship petition in 2004 the Appeal Court thru Obi evidence recalculated the result in favour of Obi.
So all these rubbish you and fellow obidaft spew is borne out of ignorance and online propaganda

First, to say polling unit results are not admissible is false. I don't know where u got that fake news from
2nd, u don't need to bring all of them, u only bring the polling unit u disagree with.
3rd, obi should have compiled his own results, using the polling unit results. Show the world his score, Atiku's score, Tinubu score and tender the polling unit results. Even if they are 1m results sheets. Prove ur case with wat u have. The world would see u did justice to ur case and let the court decide.
Obviously obi has no evidence (maybe he has very few evidences that can not impact the final results like in Rivers state), so he couldn't prove how won as he claimed.
So obi is only deceiving his gullible followers.

Peter Obi applied to INEC according to law to obtain those CTC forms from INEC and also paid for them but INEC knowing that releasing those forms to Peter Obi will expose their rigging decided not to release them to Peter Obi and claimed that Peter Obi was asking for nonexistent forms, that Obi should apply to each of the contested state INEC REC to get the forms. If Obi decides to follow this route, it would take forever to get these forms to prove he won at the PEPT which has a timeline, so to avoid delays, his legal team decided to make a swift turn to focus on challenging INEC for not following their own election guidelines during the election and in announcing Tinubu as winner hence the election should be canceled completely, which is one of the major reasons election should be canceled according to electoral act; if INEC's none compliance with the electoral laws and guidelines affects the outcome of the election substantially.


Also Obi is also challenging Tinubu's legitimacy to contest the election being an ex convict who forfeited $450,000 to US government in a drug related case.


Obi is also challenging Tinubu's legitimacy to contest the election based on his running mate's double nomination, which violates the electoral act.


He is also challenging Tinubu's declaration as winner of the election based on the fact that Tinubu did not score the constitutionally required 25% of total votes cast in the FCT Abuja as clearly stated in the 1999 Nigeria's constitution.


This is why Obi didn't ask the court to declare him winner because he doesn't have the CTC forms to be issued by INEC to prove he won as required by the electoral law. Many APC ignoramuses think you can prove you won an election in court using your polling agent's result copy, sorry you can't.


Your party polling agent's polling unit result copy is mainly for your internal consumption to use for check and balances and this has been used to compare the results announced by INEC and it doesn't add up cos some of the state Obi won or got 25% INEC changed it.
