This has really created a lot of rift around the world. Well, I want to be clear that the only time when Africans can be confident and comfortable with Same-sex marriage is when they're able to find traces of it in our customs.

The Christian religion was brought upon us after declaring our gods as dead, deadly, images and mere idols, our ways were tagged Archaic and Old.

Now, while we're struggling so hard to adopt the white religion, the same white men that urged us to betray the gods of our forefathers are encouraging us to adopt practices that our forefathers kicked against and even ostracized their brothers and sisters for?

It won't happen.

Find in our laws a time or place where our fire fathers ever wedded Ola and Ali or Ola and Jide and I promise you, we'll gladly Accept same sex marriage and make a feast for it!
