yaf1423: My point has been completely understood out of the context in which it is expressed. The good work mr president is doing does not preclude among other things the ills still plaguing this country. In his own right he has been dexteriously up to the task but only dat the sickness has really hampered quite a lot of things deserving achievement. Never in this country has someone used the kind of technique in solving niger delta arms struggle. We know dat certain lapses still exist and such can't be unplugged overnight. The idea that he has not done anyting should be jettisoned even obj did what he could only dat complacency was his problem.
FOR YARADUA HE IS TRYING HIS BEST and i see no reason why he should resign now since he is recuperating. Then he should die there. He's ill for christ sake! why are you thinking like a dumbo?
As i see, he should resign so he may have good time to take care of himself. Was he appointed there so he could go to Saudi Arabia every 2 months for his health? He's too sluggish, no action, not performing. Nada! A sleeping driver. ahn ahn. think well, abegi. If only Nigeria was in order, he wouldn't have become the president of Nigeria. Besides, this is not the time to have ill person as president in Nigeria. Get this to your head! |

While some chrome wheels are not factory, same with alloy wheel. Some are not strong, some damage on entering pothole while on motion.
That's why I always prefer factory alloy wheels.
I'll like the chrome if only it's from factory. The china chrome glitters at onset, after sometime, it fades. |

DATES SET FOR INTER MATCHES
The match dates have been announced for the Champions League matches against Inter.
They are:
Internazionale Milano v Chelsea at the San Siro - Wednesday 24 February.
Chelsea v Internazionale Milano at Stamford Bridge - Tuesday 16 March.
Chelsea were pitted against the Italian champions in the first knockout round draw, held on Friday morning.
It will mean a first return to play at Stamford Bridge for Jose Mourinho since his departure from Chelsea in 2007.
The match also means another chance for Carlo Ancelotti to take very familiar opposition.
Although we have played Inter in pre-season friendlies (including last summer when we beat them in the United States), the nerazzurri have not faced us in a competitive fixture.
Chief executive Ron Gourlay, who was at the draw in Switzerland, described it as a 'fantastic' tie.
'When we arrived here this morning, everybody was talking about what would happen if we drew Inter Milan,' he said. 'It has happened and it is fantastic for the fans and for the neutrals. It will be quite spectacular and a tough game.
'I am slightly superstitious and the moment I sat down next to the Inter guys, we shook hands and said no doubt we will see each other in February.
'Drawing Inter was going to happen sooner or later and we weren't going to come away with an easy game. All the clubs are very, very difficult in their own way, and tactically Inter Milan will be prepared. But we have a fantastically experienced manager in Carlo who has won the trophy as a player and a coach and we have some very experienced players too so we will be ready.
'I am sure Jose will get a fabulous reception from our fans but he is in opposition and we need to go through over the two games.' I'm not really comfy with this oooh.
My fellow Chelsea fans, what do you think? |

Oil thieves threaten reprisal against soldiers - Over destruction of illegal refineries
Soji Ajibola, Yenagoa - 16.12.2009
Oil thieves have threatened to launch reprisal attacks on military formations in Rivers State, following the recent destruction of over 600 illegal refineries in Gokana Local Government Area of the state by the men of the Joint Military Task Force, code-named Operation Restore Hope.
Briefing journalists on Tuesday in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, the JTF Commander, Major General Sarkin Yaki Bello, disclosed that since the operation was carried out in the affected areas, “these criminals have reacted by threatening to attack JTF personnel for destroying their so-called means of livelihood.”
Allaying the fear of the public over the planned reprisal by oil thieves, Major General Bello said there was no cause for alarm as the soldiers were always battle-ready.
He advised the affected people to desist from any act capable of causing crisis in the region. He said, “I seize this opportunity to advise them to desist from such plots. Rather, they should channel their talents to legitimate endeavours that would benefit not only themselves but their communities and the nation at large.”
Reiterating the determination of JTF to rid the region of criminal activities, he said JTF would continue to destroy illegal refineries and arrest their operators. During the last raid carried out, aside the destruction of 600 illegal refineries out of 1,000 discovered in the area, seven suspects were arrested and handed over to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for prosecution.

Nairaland General › Nigeria Destroys 600 Illegal Oil Refineries by mrofficial(op): 2:38pm On Dec 17, 2009 |
Latest news Written by - Wednesday, 16 December 2009 05:14
Nigeria’s military has destroyed about 600 illegal oil refineries in the Niger Delta and arrested seven oil thieves, the military said yesterday.Details of the refineries were not immediately available, but industry officials said they could be makeshift structures where oil thieves distil crude into fuel for sale in Nigeria, which experiences frequent disruptions in gasoline supplies.
Major General Sarkin-Yaki Bello, commander of the joint military task force (JTF) in charge of security in the heartland of Africa’s top energy industry, said the refineries in Rivers state were destroyed between October and mid-December.
He said intelligence sources indicated that about 1,000 such refineries were operating in the area. “Ignoring or patronising them means supporting the destruction of the Nigerian economy,” Bello told reporters at a news conference in Yenegoa, capital of the nearby Bayelsa state.
Twenty-eight drums of illegally refined and adulterated products, 27 empty jerry cans and two steel funnels were among items recovered from some of the destroyed plants, Bello said. Seven people caught siphoning crude from a damaged oil well-head were arrested along with six motorcycles. Hundreds of illegal oil refineries have sprouted in Niger Delta since ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo first ordered in 2005 that they be destroyed, industry sources said.
