this horizon problem, has it explained what happens beyond the regions of the black hole. why do we even have worm hole or is it the anti matter??

Everyone talk and thinks about the big bang. Even those that do not know the meaning also believe in it's gospel and thoerem without knowing it has its own failures and challenges. I will briefly lead you into the meaning and the challenges of the big bang.

What is the Big Bang
Big bang is one of the model that tries to explain the evolution of the universe. Due to its evidences, it remains the best model. Other models fails because why in quest to explain a problem they create other problems

PROBLEMS OF THE BIG BANG

Faltness problem:
it is crystal clear that our universe is nearly flat in nature. Even using the homogeneity and isotropic nature of the universe when can attest to that fact. Theoretical evidences suggest that it is very unlikely to cause an explosion propagated by the big bang theory.

Horizon problem:
Clearly looking at the microwave background radiation coming from clearly different parts of the sky, it is observed that they have the same temperature of about 2.7K. the question is how did they have this same temperature? Note: the inability to receive a signal from some distant point because of the finite speed of light is termed horizon problem in cosmology.

Relic particle problem:

Any particle left after over from the early, hot stages of the universe is called a relic particle. The big bang model predicts that we should see such relics but we don’t. the production of exotic high energy particles is the gospel preached by the big bang. But the current universe if too clod to produce the reactions required to make these particles.

Structural problem:

The gospel of the big bang only told us they was an explosion/bang. What bang, why it banged, what happened before it banged. The universe is so clumpy with different sizes of objects, the reason for this hierarchy of clumps was not explained by the evangelists of the big bang. This is called the structural problem.

You see i actually was expecting something arguable to be presented, i was expecting some solid thesis worthy of scientific enquiry and debate .. i even got excited when you mentioned studying physics and astronomy.

before we started going to the outer space, GALILEO observed even with his telescope .

So, in the case of humans, we need to realize that we are not one entity. We are not ONE THING.

we are, likened to Paris, an entire City. the death of one blood cell doesn't change the fact that you are you. the loss of your limbs, the replacement of your internal organs, None of this change the fact that you are you.

What then changes the fact that you are you? what makes you . . . something else?

Seeing as I just started a course in philosophy recently and I don't have much knowledge of the terminology, I will go ahead and invent mine. I assert, that there are two types of Identity.

1. Cumulative Identity: This is the more general form of Identity. It is a loose form of what and who we are. Things like our names, our tattoos, our experiences . . . Cumulative Identity increases over time. for instance, my 11 year old sef doesn't know Calculus, my fourteen year old sef does. Now, I laugh at both of them, because I know VECTOR calculus. in the same manner, my twenty year old sef, will deride me as he may know tensor calculus. , however, we are all the same person, Generally, we are all called <insert real name here> we all are Nigerian, and we share certain experiences. there is a continuous progression from me to them, and the entire graph, is called cumulative Identity by me. In my opinion, This is the safest identification of identity. as the other is more depressing.

2. Instantaneous Identity: To Illustrate this, Let us assume that I, my fourteen year old version, my twenty year old version, and my eight year old version, were called to reason together. now, we will quickly find that there is anarchy and pandemonium. the first fight that would probably arise would be when my eight year old sef found out that I no longer like watching TV anymore. . Anyway, This makes us realize that the cumulative identity is the SUM of the entirety of another Identity. which is the instantaneous.


Now, my point is this, Our Identity is a continuous process which is continually shaped as we move on. which brings us to the question. are you a brain or do you have a brain, well, Who are you? Well, you are your Cumulative Identity. Now, where does your cumulative Identity stem from? well, we know that the cumulative identity is the sum of the instantaneous Identity. And we know, that the Instantaneous Identity is shaped by our senses, which are processed by the brain, and thoughts, which are generated in the brain, It then follows, that you, my friend, are simply a history of brain activity. you don't even have the luxury of claiming you are a brain, my friend. Your brain is what is making you. you are a product of your brain. you are not your brain. your brain is a hardware which stores you. the software.

you can be copied. yes. so, in the case of the clone, yes you are indeed you. You are not some unique individual with a distinct soul. you are simply a History of brain activity. So, who died in that machine? Well, to answer that question, copy a file to another folder and delete the original. What file got deleted? the original, what remains, the replica, what is the difference between the replica and the original? nothing. This shows that what we think is us is a label. we can be copied. and it will still be us.

we only refuse to accept that because we believe we are something more. we have to be more. perhaps we have souls, perhaps we have some immutable quality, some supernatural side, which can not be copied, ever.

to this i reply,

let us have a God. which will judge every version of you by age. for instance, if you are fifteen, we will judge fifteen "souls"
if we do this, we find, some souls are worthy, and some souls perish. even though they are supposed to be the same person, If even the "soul" is not invincible to change, how can it be invincible to replication?

this is 2015 and humans Still can't fly. we have to actually Enter flying machines, paid for with our money, and if they fail, we're screwed.

In science, few things can be absolutely achievable. and dude, the way you're behaving almost indicates that you are not a scientist of any sort. first of all, as a physicist, you should know better than to take your sources from secular magazines. that is ridiculous. They claim everything now and the. two years earlier, it was claimed that some professors had found that neutrinos could move faster than the speed of light on one "Science" magazine. of course, it turns out to be false. In nature, NO object has been found to move faster than the c. this has been repeatedly verified over and over again, both mathematically and experimentally.

when a lab comes up with stuff like this, first, you need to evaluate the authority of the magazine and the relative veracity. then, you need to actually find out if there could have been errors in their measurements, and most importantly, FIND the ORIGINAL statement by the researchers who conducted the experiments.

the truth is there are actually ways to beat the speed of light. but it has nothing to do with going faster. it has to do with actually reducing the distance. this is called a warp drive. and it is currently decades from achievement. NOTHING, has been found to surpass the speed of light. in fact, what you are now suggesting is like saying that gravity has been found to have opposite charges. and then fail to back up your claims. the most annoying part is, your proof is based on the most imaginary of things. heaven? like seriously?

give us real proof. go to your village like hahn as advice. Carry out experiments, and then release a search paper. seriously, the first thing that should make you confirm that it's all lies is, where is their power source? you want to travel faster than light? you need to have an impressive power source. but they don't all they have is clothing soaked in juice that they tie around their neck. you expect me to believe that is what's enabling them to go superluminal? another is Cerenkov's radiation. you expect me to believe that some people are moving faster than light every day in our country? then why is there no cherenkov's radiation? No radiation at all. there is no proof at all of anything.


and even at this point, I'm not gonna counter you. I just need you to tender a formal hypothesis, most conveniently in mathematical form. so that other physicist can test it. so far, you haven't done that. all you've actually posted are opinions, which doesn't hold water in science.

I subscribed to what a professor said in IIT "our basic knowledge of quantum mechanics have to be revisited to answer the questions quantum mechanics puts to us". he believes that what we call wave/particle duality may not actually be true in quantum scale.

The problem with our belief system is that it is based on belief and it might please you to know that at a certain period in time even civilized(i prefer not to use the word "white" ) societies also believed in a lot of superstition. For instance, the god Thor was responsible for thunder and lightning etc until they decided to stop leaving mysteries at the mercy of "belief" and instead "study" such occurrences to gain a better understanding of them



The problem is really not about a lack of equipment but rather a lack of curiosity. A mind that is not curious will not bother to seek the truth and therefore won't even get to the stage where it will need equipment. For instance, you heard or were told that witches in someone's village brought someone back from the us with a poly bag. Now you have failed to ask yourself, this is where curiosity comes into play, did the person mismanage his income? Was the person living there legally and had to be deported? What exactly even led to his deportation or return? What were the circumstances surrounding it?



Keep on reading and learning bro. I have been running my own business for about 5 years now and it has not been an easy route. I have also studied businesses that are successful and failures and I can categorically tell you that there is nothing spiritual about it.

I did not by my post say that I have carried out an experiment, what am saying is that, if this concept is true, then we Africans can say we have something so mysterious just like the concepts of Quantum mechanics.

in our secondary school physics, students are still taught till date that diamond is the hardest know substance, but its wrong and so on. I listened to a lecture on quantum mechanics from indian institute of technology, the professor said that what we thought is wave particle duality may not be true. from 1900 till date, quantum mechanics is still referred to as a new concept. its so deep that we can't underestimate the possibilities in it . get my message to your physicist, tell him that I said that the fact we disagree in this does not make him a better physicist.

we have a whole lot of possibilities in quantum mechanics, a concept even him can not claim he understood quite well.
