So my question is this
After registration with CAC
Can I open a fast food (not just a restaurant, like a massive eatery outlets where people can buy and go home with customized packaged foods, snacks e.t.c) without getting a NAFADAC number?
This is kinda complicated as some people including nafadac officials (Lagos branch) says I won't be needing it, while another set of people (including some of nafadac officials) says it's a must unless the outlet might be shut down when opened,
Not like it's very hard to get oh, but the stress, the unsophisticate unnecessary protocols, the list of different steps the wrote down is something else (plus the said is gonna take up to 3months), it is even much demanding than CAC registration.
So I just want to know if the stress is worth it
