Don't you have Social workers in Nigerian hospitals? In such situation in SA,hospital stuff would have gotten social workers would have interven. Also if she was breastfeeding your son,then get him tested too and tell her not to breastfeed your new baby (if you both test negative,then your wife is HIV nefative too). Test every three months for a year,to be 100% sure. There is no single human being who is immune to HIV,not even those with strong immune systems.

Mr. gideon286, when trying to purchase clothes, this image below is the size guide i believe, how can i translate it to English since its not a text i can copy and paste on Google translate, i tried guessing by searching the Chinese words for length, shoulder, sleeve etc, but the results i got doesn't match with the titles on the image below.

Just copy the link, send to your procurement agent in China, indicate the sizes you want.

The agent will order on your behalf. That's what I do and it works, learning to translate figures can be stressful.
