Daily bus shuttle service for working class people within Lagos. Weekdays. There is also an additional source of income for weekends.

We all know the poor state of our commercial buses in Lagos.

The idea is to provide neat, Unbranded and Air conditioned buses to move people from residential areas to the Island and back daily.

The model is already in place, driver supervision, financial plan, risk Management strategy and marketing plan all in place.

The bus will make just two trips daily. ROI is positive over a long period. This is a long term Transport business idea with strong cash flow.

The Demand for Coaster Buses.

I can categorically inform you that the demand for Coaster Buses is higher than supply. In the bus Rental segment of the market.

Why?

Nigerians are very social by nature and we love to attend parties and events.

From friday people start to rent buses for burial ceremonies. Inter state travel also happens a lot.

On Saturdays the weddings come up. Plus other social functions as well.

Sundays the Churches come knocking.

Do you know that some churches in Lagos today rent as much as 20 coaster buses every Sunday.

Churches like: Harvesters Christian Centre, Global Impact Church, Christ Embassy, Covenant Christian Centre, Daystar Christian Centre, Some RCCG branches etc.

These churches spend millions every week Just to hire Coaster Buses to convey worshipers to and from their various Churches.

Another set of customers are the people who organise tours and excursions. You will be amazed at the number of people who travel in groups to Visit tourist sites within Nigeria.

Schools also hire Coaster Buses when they organise excursions.

Then we have the Corporate Clients. Do you know that's some of Coaster Buses used as staff buses are actually hired?
These companies usually hire buses for a certain duration ( mostly 6 months to 1year ) and the buses are used as Staff bus shuttle. They pay the bus owner a fixed amount every month.

A particular company here in Lagos is willing to pay N20,000 daily and they provide Petrol. They pay N600,000 per bus every month.

Another unknown set of customers are Movie makers and entertainers. Yes they also hire Coaster buses to move cast and crew to movie locations.

It will be appreciated to see the conditions or requirements for a car to be entrusted to you.

I could list out some of our terms and conditions here:

First you let us know the type of car you have. We can also render free advice if you don't haven't purchased a car.

The car will be certified by our Automobile Technician.

Our Mechanic ( Autologic ) will carry out a comprehensive check on the car and a report will be issued. If the car is good to go. We move to the next stage.

The car is expected to have a tracker and comprehensive insurance.

We agree and sign necessary documents and work will commence.

You can earn as much as 40k a week. However, 33k is the guaranteed minimum amount.

It's also stated in the agreement that earnings may increase.

Our model is different from others: The driver has a guaranteed minimum weekly target of 80k.

From experience, we have discovered that earnings fluctuate weekly so all we need is for each driver to earn at least 80k a week.

If the driver exceeds this target, your earnings increase.

Weekly earnings is shared among all 3 Parties:
Driver
Partner (Car Owner) and
Manager.

FINANCIAL ESTIMATES


Driver makes the guaranteed 80k a week.

(N80,000. Weekly guaranteed driver target)


Fuel (N25,000.00) at 30%


Net earnings: N55,000.00

Then we split.

Partner(60%): N33,000.00

Driver (30%): N16,500.00


Fleet Manager (10%): N5,500.00

WEEKLY TURNOVER (N100,000.00)

Fuel N35,000.00 at 35%


Net earnings: N65,000.00


Partner(60%): N39,000.00

Driver (30%): N19,500.00
