Does she wear sandals all the time or always standing putting pressure on her feet (like standing for long periods of time especially if u weigh a bit) or has wet sweaty feet alot? Either of these will cause the skin to thicken dry n crack. Cetaphil for example or medicated moisterisers apply twice a day massage in gently n should heal in a short time. Also diabetes can cause this. My aunt had similar problem. Once the skin heals n is back to normal she should moisterise her feet each night all the time in future to prevent it happening again.

However, the Department of State Security (DSS) said that contrary to the views of the protesting youths, the killing was carried out by members of the militia wing of IPOB/ESN who gathered to plan their nefarious operations ahead of the illegal sit-at-home on Monday.
The killing took place on Sunday.
According to reports, the victims were returning to their community in Otulu in Oru East LGA from Awomama in the neighbouring Oru West LGA when gunmen suspected to be operatives of Ebubeagu opened fire on them.
The DSS, however, said the gunmen were not operatives of Ebubeagu and that they view that they were from the local security outfit was being peddled by IPOB/ESN members.

According To Facebook Post By Lucky Udu, As Sighted By , He Said, The girl's family deceived her into thinking she was coming to school, but instead she was married off as the man's third wife.
Udu said the man alleged beats the girl every night and forces himself on her but has only succeeded once in sleeping with her.
He further disclosed that the girl gave her address as a green small house behind Primary health care Adaka, Makurdi in Benue State, Nigeria.
