MsDarkSkin: First of all...sorry to hear about your son.
I offer my condolences sis.

Now to the issue: 'Leave and Cleave'...

My sister, YOU ARE WIFE. You are not girlfriend, friend or date...but WIFE!
As a wife you should be discussing your plight with your man. Let him know you are NOT happy. I am not one to pop out bible scriptures as I am not religious however, "according to the bible" a man and woman's union is THEIRS and THEIRS only as they are 'one'....

“...A man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.” Matthew 19:6

As his wife you should be the one he runs to emotionally. This does not mean he cannot show concern for 'mama' as we all only get one but at the end of the day you and his mother have your own roles. He is not giving you the opportunity to play yours so it's like, 'what is the point?'. I understand you but there is only one way to get to the bottom of things: Talk to him.
That's my baby! cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy kiss kiss kiss kiss kiss

If you have to think about it....then you do not love the person.

Love is an emotion that can be good or bad. People do some strange shit for love and some people thrive with love.

You will know if you love the person conditionally or unconditionally.

90love: This is very true possessiveness is a very unatractive trait. Jealousy starts off as something positive to show he cares but this thing can grow and ruin a relationship for real.
Again....balance is IMPERATIVE. wink

Floxyluv: It's not just guys, girls also gets jealous when they see their guys/husband with female friends. It's kindof natural, the only reason a person wont get jealous when he/she see the opposite se.x with his/her spouse, is when there is no feelings attached to their relationship.
Case in point....homo sapiens gets jealous period. However....we are focusing on those with joysticks...big or small. lipsrsealed

Fraudster Bags 18 Years Jail Term over $250,000 Scam-EFCC

Posted: May 21, 2012 - 19:45

Justice Habeeb Abiru of the Lagos High Court, Ikeja has thrown Ifeanyi Eze, aka Chedi Ojukwu behind bars for 18 years imprisonment, two years for each of nine charges of obtaining money by false pretences and forgery, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), reported today.

Thirty-nine year old Eze, who pleaded guilty, is also to refund $35,000 to one Yildirim Babadogan, a Turkish citizen.

Babadogan petitioned the EFCC in 2010 after Eze, operating under the false identity of “Chedi Ojukwu,” swindled him of over $250,000, with the connivance of three others, under the pretence that they were selling used rail parts.

According to the EFCC, Eze and his gang had advertised on the Internet that they had used rail scrap for sale to interested buyers.  Babadogan, 62, said he was subsequently convinced to come to Nigeria for negotiation and to see the goods.  He and three of his countrymen later came to Nigeria to seal the deal, where they signed various documents including those supposedly bearing the logos of the Central Bank of Nigeria and other relevant government agencies.  He claimed that on returning to his base in Turkey, he was made to transfer the sum of $80,000, which Eze and his gang claimed was to be used to finalize the deal.

Babadogan further claimed that over $45,000 was later transferred to Eze and his co-conspirators on the pretence that the money was needed to process necessary papers and the shipment of the goods.

Subsequently, Eze and his cohorts prevailed on Babadogan and his partners to return to Nigeria for further negotiations.

On their return to Nigeria, Babadogan said, Eze and his syndicate started demanding for more money, including an additional $50,000 dollars for the Central Bank of Nigeria, as well as Customs shipping charges. To convince their victim, Eze and his gang forwarded a letter purportedly written by the Central Bank of Nigeria and signed by a former CBN governor that $50,000 was the outstanding shipping charge.

Babadogan said he became suspicious of the deal when Eze told him that 435 containers of scraps were already at the port. He said when he requested to be taken to see the containers, Eze claimed that because of their failure to pay the CBN/Customs charges they would not be allowed to inspect the containers but that they can only see them from a distance.

It was at this juncture that he reported the matter to a Nigerian friend who told him that he had fallen victim of fraudsters. He later contacted the EFCC and Eze was arrested.

In addition to Eze, another suspect, Tijani Ladan, aka Suleiman, had earlier pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced accordingly.  A third suspect, Chief Uche Dimgba, aka Salami Kambo, is still at large.

Eze’s sentence will run concurrently, meaning he will be free in two years’ time.

I am sorry this Turkish guy fell for the bullshit and should accept accountability for his stupidity. FIrst of all when buying public or private goods....the banks does not need to be involved UNLESS THE BUYER has request financial loan. Secondly, a buyer should never transfer money unless the goods/service is transferred or performed. Thirdly, when doing international business deals ALWAYS hire reputable international business lawyers that will facilitate the sale and transfer of goods/service rendered.

There is no way Eze would have gotten a red cent until I had the goods in my hand or it was properly confirmed by customs. Some companies have a deposit sale practice where a buyer pays a certain percentage of the total sale to get half shipment on the way then pay the remainder for the last shipment.

Eze must have graduated from Scamming for the Beginners school.

MsDarkSkin: I think YOU need to read the OP's original post. wink

wink wink

Unfortunately, the bolded happens more often than we'd like to admit. There are women who do crave and beg to remain with the jackasses of jackasses. These women lack self worth and esteem. The beauty about it is, most times women come to find that it is not worth it. Like I said before time heals all wounds and there are millions of fishes in the sea.

LOVING YOU is more important than losing him. I recommend EVERY woman in this predicament to listen to:

TWEET - "HEAVEN" That is a POWERFUL song right there. smiley

In fact I will post the song and lyrics. wink
Now I have said all over the thread MANY TIMES even me and the chick from Indiana got into about it that YOU DON'T NEED TO SETTLE JUST TO HAVE A MAN...I am not saying that he has to be perfect because none of us are perfect. However, he has to be worth fighting for. I am not talking about fighting for him because he can eat a mean toto...I am talking about fighting for him because he is good to you and he treats you like a good man treats a woman.

Many times I have heard chicks say that I love him so therefore I am going to fight for him. Why are you fighting for a man that leaving you and is not willing to make it work with you?

A man that loves his woman is going to do everything that he can to make it work before saying Bleep it. He is not going to threat nor give hints that he is or would leave. He will let you know what he doesn't like and talk to you about coming to a compromise where both are at the crossroad but he isn't going to leave because shit is rough.

That's why I tell people I know offline do not get marry if you do not understand what it is like to be married and aren't a team player. Many of the men like to throw out that men are the head of the household, which I am aware of the tradition however he is only the head if he is submissive to the MOST HIGH...that's where many of them contradicts themselves especially when they exclaimed they aren't believers but quick to throw out scriptures that is pertinent to believers. huh

Even in the same book they found the head of the household notion...it also said in proverb not to be a fool. You knew when it was time to cut the rope because it wasn't worth the hassle. Anytime something gets out of control it is time to cut the rope...when two are working together...it becomes EASIER and shouldn't feel like you are pushing five trucks alone.

I have learned for many years watching and listening to couples.....when a person mind is determined....there is no amount of begging going to change the mindset. If he is really for you....he isn't going anywhere. That's the truth.
