I've already said what i think she should do but as part of it was in German you probably didn't understand it. I suggested she either stfu and stay on like she seems to be doing already and assume a measure of dignity, or take herself and more importantly, her kids out of all that negativity. It is not just out on a date. Yes, there are men who actually do it and will tell a woman that if she does not accept his friends tagging along that she will be left alone. I am going to look for the clip online because it was on TV the other day and I will look for it and post the link here.

Would you date a male groupie?  A male groupie is a man that must have his friends and family around at all times even during private moments with you. 

If you want to go out to the movies with your man and he asked you is it okay if his friends come along? 

Do you find that annoying when you see guys with their girlfriend and his friends follow along like chicks to the Hen? 

Do you think that would cause problems in your relationship or you are fine with a male groupie as long as he is there?

It doesn't matter where she is dissing her baby daddy she is still expressing her dislikes about Nigerian culture regardless if she has children with him or not.  There are Nigerians who disses their own people with foreigners they are married to or dating.  For example, the guy that Katy is dating or have dated dissed Nigerian women and the country itself and he is Nigerian according to Katy.

The best thing is stay active and you do not have to go to the gym.  You can doing the stairs in your house or grab some canned goods and start pumping iron that for those who can't afford the gym.  

Eating six small meals a day and drinking lot of water kept my weight down.  I do not go out to eat because that is PURE fats.   Don't get me wrong on special occasions I will go out with family and friends but I like home cooked meals.  

Sodas and coffee is a BIG NO NO!  If you must have a soda, drink a half can now and the other half HOURS later with water.  It dilute the sugars that is in the soda.  

Those things can help your stomach stay in size or even flatter.

Chima, Im not obese nor am I fat. I just get tired of maintaining my belly you know. Its too tiring. Thats the only thing Im fedup about. So I was thinking perhaps there is someone whom can tell me hwo to maintain the flat belly in an easier way.

Im so fedup of fasting and stop eating carbs., I miss my Pounded Yam and my Fried Plantain to be honest with you

There is nothing wrong with being thick. If you are that BIG FAT OBESE chick then you need to lose weight.  But if you are thick and got some cushion that is acceptable in black community that if you want to be with a black man.  

If you feel that bad about your size just stay active to keep your shape maintained.  I am what you will call Akata thick meaning strong muscles and junk in the right places with a few crannies there and here.  I like it and my husband does not like the attention I am getting from men.  

When I say that the men in the States like Akata thick women not just black women but women that is akata thick they go crazy and many of them are getting married to white men, black men, and even asian men SERIOUSLY.

Asian men are okay.  I am not attracted to them like that but I always see them as family members I don't know why.  

I think Jet Li is nice looking.  Jackie Chan is my favorite.  I love him like a family member.  I like how they are so poised and slow to respond.  They will think a minute and start getting all philosophical and shit I will be like awww damn.  

But they are cool people to me if they weren't so racist.
