All Mrs C is saying is that if you don't trust your spouse/mate then find someone you can trust. She has also stated that her husband knows and trusts her. What is dangerous ground for one person is not for another. We must all know our limitations and our weaknesses individually. If you know talking to that ex boyfriend/girlfriend is going to cause a problem in your current relationship, then you might want to think twice about it. But never ever let your individual weaknesses prevent your mate from having a fulfilling exchange or experience. That is the definition of selfishness.

People read and add to what they want to hear.  I have stated multiple times male friends but they keep saying exes.  So I guess exes are people you either never had a relationship with or had a relationship with.  I don't sleep with my male friends but I guess in Africa they do. 

My only issue is not that they do not want THEIR women to have exes on their facebook account but they seem to have issues with OTHER men allowing their wives or girlfriends to have exes on their facebook account.  They also inserted that if a woman talk to her exes she BOUND to cheat on her husband or boyfriend.

My argument the entire time were:

a) Why are you upset with the arrangements of OTHER RELATIONSHIPS that has nothing to do with you?
b) Why are you not focusing on YOUR own relationships?
c) Will name callings change the fact the woman still has exes on her facebook account and other women agree there is nothing wrong with conversing with an ex if it nothing but a platonic conversation?  No, it will not. 

Boys hurl name callings when they run out of offense plays and downgrade themselves to the level of preschool boys in the sandbox.
