good home cooked food and sex on demand of course.

oh, no nagging too.  grin
Hey suga!  You prefer African home cooked meals or American home cooked meals?  Both?

I always do both and once a month do an African meal party for my husband's family and my friends. I can do a mean arse Jollef Rice and perfected a soup recipe given to me by an in-law.

I laughed when my husband told me my role in the house is to be bared foot and pregnant for the rest of my child bearing years.

I laughed so hard and told him he must be TRIPPING!  He was serious and said that women SHOULD PROVIDE SEX on every demand even if they are not in the mood!  I also said that women can REVOKE punny coupons if we feel like it.

I had an hour long African man lecture.  I was doing my to do list in my mind.  So, I can't repeat what he said.

What are your expectations in your relationship/marriage?

These are some of the expectations that I have heard from both men and women:

Women:
maintain a stable job
do handy jobs around the house
discipline the children
protects them against harm

Men:
bare children
cook meals
clean house
maintain her appearances
listen
do not express excessive opinions
provide sex on demand
wash and iron clothes
be a hostess when guests come over
have a job
not ask for excessive material things
maintain perky bosoms and nyansh

For your information:

Repetitive asking is begging.

jay bee:
I didn't beg suga. . . .I demanded to see your pic. African men don't beg hun

You might be confusing asking with demanding. However, asking can be correlated with begging. If that how you want to MAINTAIN YOUR EGO, sure.

Even AFRICAN MEN begs. Don't get it twisted.

There would not be any cat fights.  I was referring that to the MEN AND WOMEN that are feeding into his bullshit.  I do not understand why people feel that EVERYTHING applies to them.

If he is asking you for money.  It was a typo.
Romance › Re: How Much Are You Willing To Change: ? by MrsChima(f): 7:35am On Feb 07, 2011
He asking you for money and depositing large sum of money into your account without knowing you?  That sound Twlight Zone-ish.  If he has money to pay for your airline tickets then he shouldn't be ASKING you for NO FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE and that real talk.

You don't have a problem with joining his CHURCH but, you have a problem flying out to see him in his home country?  I don't know sis something don't add up.  I do apologize for the DETECTIVE part of me.

Jaybee,

Why are you so obsessed with PEANUT BUTTER NEGRO?

Okay. Well, there is nothing else more I can say at this point. I wish you nothing but happiness and joy.
Mrs. C:

I don't agree with that in the red above.  my man is Yoruba and lives in Nigeria and he said the exact same thing that this Igbo man who own his own business in South Bend - said to me and he is from Nigeria as well.  He has lived in the States for years. Neither of these men know each other at all.

Nigerian men do not kiss at the airport in public.  They don't understand that action and I believe that.  The Igbo man actually turned to me and asked me what is that all about and why do we kiss and hug openly at the airport and why aren't we reserving that action for the home versus publically.  My guy said the exact same thing as well.  He said that Americans are more public with their display of affection.  It is definitely a culture thing.  I don't agree with you girlfriend.
I am sorry that you disagree.  Black men in USA and UK have issues with expressing their affections toward women in public and Nigerian men aren't any different.

I have Nigerian friends, family members that are married to Nigerian men, co-workers that are Nigerian, and did business with Nigerian men.  The affections that I have seen displayed in public are no different then the black men in USA.  In fact, the nigerian men that are my friends are OPENLY affectionate with their wives or girlfriends and they haven't been in USA a long time.
