If I see better offer I tell my staff to apply, with that they will be willing to training others who will continue your job.
Everyone pray for progress, but what will make me to be angry is if you leave me and settle for something lower than me.

If me see better offer will I not go for it?

To be diplomatic you can respond like this

I'm excited about this opportunity and committed to contributing to the organization's success, but I'm also open to future opportunities that align with my career aspirations and provide significant growth

when you say "poor", what income bracket do you have in mind?

No income bracket. It is relative to your environment, an income that is above poverty in Epkoma is below poverty line in Abuja,

but the screenshot below can show us what they word regards as poverty

But, are all these people mad for krissake

That is around 3k per calculator, last year's WAEC register should be going to approximately 2 million candidate, so they are obviously not inflating the figure, remember there was free fall of naira them even after student have enrolled

Mrshape come and see how to rizz chicks with mathematics, there's now a formula to game bannies.

"Hello baby girl I'm third leg Mrshape, using statistics to find the probability of your beauty I discovered no simultaneous equations equates to you".
Thanks for bringing my attention to this, let me go through it.

Any woman that marry a man that is very good in Mathematics you are very lucky( for those that believe in luck) and your are fortunate, you have brought blessings to your generation, same with a man that marries I woman that is very good in Mathematics,
your children children will live to thank you.

It is a rear ability, from the research I did about 1 in every 10,000 Nigerian male are bad less than average in mathematics, and about 1 in every 15,000 Nigerian female are bad in mathematics,

If you can get a man that know mathematics and have swag, hold am tight because I no sure say them reach 10 again for your local government.

Lastly I have Never seen anyone that is very good in Mathematics that is poor, unless he is lazy and don't want to work.

Everyone should know that "mathematics is a universal language if you don't understand it you are the mercy of those who do"~Ifada 2015

Politics / Re: Edo Refinery Laments NNPCl’s Failure To Supply Crude Oil For Production by Mrshape: 10:06pm On Aug 11
Dogalmighty17:

In effect and assuming your calculations are correct, the edo refinery can barely fill two trucks of 60k litres capacity daily. They are a non player.
44.3 million liters of pms is Nigeria daily consumption of pms

Divide by 36 you will get around 1.3m liters per state.

Divide by 18 LGA in Edo state
You will get around 69,000 daily consumption of pms per local government

You will see that it is sufficient to meet the needs of PMS consumption in ikpoba hoka LGA it is located, so it is a player, even if not a major player but the local government will never experience scarcity of pms and AGO as far that refinery is operating and supplies it's stations

Nigerians should discard this childish attitude of dependency and start reasoning like adults

NNPC is a company a business

If you set up a refinery business you should gave done your research and made plans of how to get crude which you van buy from anywhere in the world
Those we buy petrol from today do they have crude in their country?
They get crude somehow
Nigeria has less than 40 years of oil left in the gtound

Let us stop deceiving ourselves that we have plentyof oil
The article said they have agreements of supply but it has not been fulfilled for more than two years now, before I was blaming Dangote that he did not make plans to get crude for his refinery before completion, but on seeing this from a refinery I know when they started just broke my heart that this country don't want crude to be refined here
Politics / Re: Edo Refinery Laments NNPCl’s Failure To Supply Crude Oil For Production by Mrshape: 9:55pm On Aug 11
Moblux:
One barrel of crude oil produces approximately 159 liters. From this, about 45% is converted into gasoline (PMS) and around 30% into diesel (AGO) .
Calculating for 1,000 barrels:
Total liters:
1,000 ×159
=159,000
1,000×159=159,000 liters
Gasoline (PMS):
159,000×0.45≈71,550
159,000×0.45≈71,550 liters per day

Diesel (AGO):
159,000×0.30≈47,700
159,000×0.30≈47,700 liters
Thus, from 1,000 barrels of crude oil, approximately 71,550 liters of PMS and 47,700 liters of AGO can be produced daily.
And this can serve Ikpobahill the local Government the refinery is located, it is so unfortunate the refinery is close to my residence

Education / Re: Why Has WAEC Refuse To Release Its 2024 SSCE Result? by Mrshape: 7:55am On Aug 10
Zico5:
Nigeria is just not a place to be currently. Everything is just upside-down. There may be technical issue on the results thereby making it impossible to be released on time. Another date 12 August, 2024 is given as a new date for the release. Let's see how it goes.
That's why we need to speak out, if we don't anything can happen in Nigeria, and there might be a possibility of students not giving the grade they have, a black man need 24/7 monitoring to do the right the.
Although WAEC has be trust worthy over the years
