1M Naira is small money to invest in agriculture if;

You don't have land
You don't have structures
You don't have equipments
You are not doing it yourself

Unless you want to borrow money to an existing farmer to pay back with interest.
@SavageResponse. @flejnr2

Abi @Prosperousman and @Raph82 na same MrSuama duplicate accounts?

Abi @Prosperousman and @Raph82 are members of a well organised syndicate of fraudsters?

Thief Dey sabi catch em fellow thief
Do you have any history or documented evidence of Professor Ishaq Oloyede being a thief?

For all I know, Oleyede might not be a saint but he is definitely a pace setter.

He was my VC throughout my undergraduate days at University of Ilorin and he remains the pioneer of Computer Based Test which went a long way in curtailing sex for marks.

Throughout my undergraduate studies, there was also no single attack/repraisal attacks by cultist. Something that had almost turned to normal prior to his becoming VC.

Throughout his tenure, we never went on ASUU strike but he made sure our lecturers enjoyed all dividends approved for ASUU by FG.

Unlike other Universities, throughout his tenure, convocation was every 22/23 October. I gained admission September 2008 and convocated 22 October 2012. In fact during our 100 level, lecturers jokingly told us as science students our stay in the University is represented by the equation 4+x. X can be 0 if you scale final year without carryover. X can be 1 if one "spills", it can be 2 if one slashes and so on.
All this l have seen.

Rice reapers are used in harvesting rice paddies on the field, other grains such as wheat, maize, millet etc can also be harvested with this farm equipment. It can as well be used to harvest fresh grass for making silage.

Reapers can be attached to a tractor or power tiller, also known as two wheel tractor. All thanks to the Chinese equipment manufacturers who have made this farm equipment available for small scale farmers. Before now, it used to be the combined harvester, which an average farmer could not afford, but now a days, an average famer can afford to get reaper to get the job done.

I currently don't have data of rice farmers using this farm equipment in Benue, but some farmers do have it. Nassarawa, Niger and Abuja do have farmers using this equipment. I learnt a farmer rents out his own for other farmers to make money along Luvu Madaki village in Abuja-Nassarawa axis. The equipment is highly effective in the total harvesting of rice fields.

The price of a rice reaper with a power tiller ranges from around 600,000 to a million plus, no thanks to the way & manner our useless currency is depreciating on daily basis.

Person weh deh look for money no deh fight.

After all Jesus and Muhammad were persecuted even though they spoke the truth.
Who come be me?

I was pissed off by the allegations and attempted assassination of character by both @ SavageResponse and @flejnr2 but nonetheless, I will let it slide because the best of fruits get stoned the most.

It takes the trustworthy to trust another.
People say "You give what you have" and what I have is a tangible business proposal nothing more.

@SavageResponse and @flejnr2 I hold no grudge against you, after all, your allegations would not stop Allah from blessing me. I somehow feel both of you must have searched the whole of Nairaland to get something to nail me with, so please if there is any other information you need like bank account, BVN, address, just name it, I would provide.
Yours sincerely,
MrSuama
The blessed and the beloved.

You are still talking like one and you laying a generational curse on me wouldn’t work because am saving people from getting into a generational pathetic story engaging in a business of tears. You might have idea of what you are saying but you sound like a fraud who should be avoided in this harsh economy. You are not more Muslim than PMB wey Dey get Chinese loans up and down
It is of no use for you to say "I might have an idea or I sound like a fraud" you already labelled me a fraud just because I was able to givethe OP a business idea.

There are about 8 to 10 rice producing states where the Op or anyone else could have tested the business idea. Bauchi is not even among the first five rice producing states.

So if I may ask, what sounds fraudulent about my stated figures?

Please I beg you in the name of whichever God you worship to bring facts to counter my claims when replying.
Agriculture › Re: 1m Naira Is Ready . Show Me An Agricultural Investment That Adds Me Value by MrSuama(m):
SavageResponse:
My friend shove your generational curse up your arse!!!

I'm an experienced businessman with a solid background in finance and I can state categorically that most of the figures you stated in your proposal are over exaggerated.

You claim you have identified a good business opportunity but you don't want to take loans because Islam frowns on paying interest on loans.

Dangote and Abdul Samad Rabiu two of the wealthiest men in Nigeria take interest bearing loans from banks. Are you more Muslim than them?

Tinubu who is also a well known Muslim took an interest bearing loan from First Atlantic Bank about 20 years ago to help finance his governorship campaign and luckily it paid off for him.

Do you know the Quran better than him?

Your excuse is very lame, the real reason is that you want to avoid risk but you want to hang it on another person's head.

Anyone who agrees to finance these machines with the intention of sharing profits with you like you have suggested will never recover his capital because after the investment you will always come up with story after story about why the business is not making profit therefore there will be nothing to share!

I have already seen through your scheme!
Dangote, Abdulsamad Rabiu(BUA) and Tinubu are Muslims but they are neither Islamic scholars not my role models. I have never prayed to be like them. I have always prayed to achieve my own purpose on earth.

If you had told me Prophet Muhammad S.A.W took loans with interest or that the Holy Quran permitted Muslims to take loans with interest, you would have had a valid argument. I am not claiming to know the Holy Quran more than any of the above, but the little I know, I try to put to practice. And I pray and hope it counts for me on the day of Judgement.

And how much is a Rice Reaper? Google is our friend.

I asked you some questions about the "Tractor" but you refused answering, so I would ask again for clarity and avoidance of doubt.
1. You said a second hand tractor costs about #5 million, As an experienced business man, is a second hand tractor a good buy?
2. How much does a tractor do a hectare of farm land?
3. How much is a brand new tractor?
4. Is it reasonable to buy a new tractor with the present hash economy.

I put my number up there and I believe if I was the supposed fraudster you claim I am, by simply searching my number on true caller you would have seen "scammer" or "fraudster" but no, you are not satisfied with the name it brings.

That name you people are trying to tarnish has been protected By Allah swt from one generation to another and I swear by Allah If @SavageResponse and @flejnr2 do not bring forward any evidence against me, wallahi I would lay a generational curse on you people.

Unlike my response to @SavageResponse which didn't necessitate me going through his wall not until today, the pain of you trying to tarnish my image at all cost necessitated me to go through your wall, after which I felt maybe I should just go with the proverb
"Speech is silver but silence is golden"

Notwithstanding for clarity sake, I put it to you @flejnr2 and @SavageResponse to bring forward any evidence of fraud associated with my moniker. Finish what you started.

Waoh, but can this type of tractor be used to clear bush like the common tractor. I am asking because I am seeing this type for the first time. I will appreciate if you can share pix of this tractor clearing bush and not just for weeding

In the actual sense, this is not a Tractor but a Reaper commonly used in the harvest of rice and soybeans.

So what you're saying is that if someone invests 1 million in the reaper machine he will recover his entire investment in just about 15 days?! shocked

If this were true everybody in that region would buy the machine and start doing this business after all 1 million is not such a large amount of money.

Only an inexperienced businessman would believe all these incredible figures you're throwing around! angry
I know your likes would come for my neck. But I have not forced anyone to give me his money.
I have also advised people to do the business on their own if they are close to where rice farming is done.

And please don't misquote me to drive your points, amongst the three things I told the Op he can get with a guaranteed return on investment, I advised he goes for the "rice reaper" which would be what would be in need soonest.

If a decent second tractor costs about #5m why are people still buying it, If their is no profit? And why is every northerner not buying or owning a tractor? Reason am.

Mind you a tractor is even more lucrative because no matter what you intend planting, a tractor is needed to cultivate the land.

Since it seems you have a better idea about tractors, if one acquires a tractor at #5million, in how much time would he make back his capital?

Tomatoes, pepper and onions are consumed on a daily basis all over Nigeria and cultivated in the North, it's a commodity with a ready market but why are all northerners not involved in it's farming? Reason am bros.
