I cant wait for the day Shaw leaves the club. I will celebrate almost as much as I did for ETH leaving the club.

It seems ineos are looking for the new manager to come in and take charge as soon as possible. It kinda makes sense as using a caretaker till end of the season means we're writing off the season with 29 games left to play. Even if a new manager doesn't get a European spot he would have gained so much first hand knowledge on how to manoeuvre in the summer window ahead of next season.

Ten Hag has his own faults but I believe if we'd brought in any other manager 2 years ago he'd have failed also. That says a lot.

So I don't really care about who the next manager is. As long as Ashworth, Berrada and co perform at their jobs effectively.

We can't continue seeing a massive holes in the team and then go for different targets. How can you say we don't score enough goals and then go for a player like Zirkzee. We don't control games enough but your main target was Ugarte. And these are club signings.

So many things need to be fixed.

You're definitely right but you cannot deny a better manager will also do better than ETH with he resources ETH has been given. We lamented and blamed the Glazers for decades deservedly but ETH was one of their many missteps too. There were too many baffling decisions with signings which he was directly responsible for, tactics and mentality.

I am even more impressed with Maresca, that man has Chelsea playing well after the season they had last season. I reckon if Neto had started rather than Sancho, they'd have troubled Liverpool more in the first half.

I feel like Chelsea were already trending upwards in the 2nd half of last season under Poch.

A simple head bandandage wrap around his head would have done the trick the first time. What an all round incompetent club.
