For example, what is the cost of clearing submarine cable and underwater pipelines? Have you or the guest in the studio considered how many level crossing bridges that's been built along both lines? The cost of the power plant for the system, the value cost of B.O.T program which includes training of indigenous operators, all other Capex cost that involves in the safe delivery and operation of the system?

I've been involved in several civil projects and I can tell you for sure that the project is a good bargain for that cost for a city like Lagos. It's not a line passing through levelled bushes!

Even when comparing tomatoes the cost will varies from cities to cities.
