Why would you want to scare innocent fishermen who were only out to work for their daily bread?,are you guys sadists?
Warships are fitted with binoculars which are able to see ships from miles away. It could be that the fisher men met with some nasty military men who wanted to kick the hearts out of their bodies. Clearly, you could see that those shots were deliberately adjusted to hit just only few metres away from the vessel. Cape algahas is free from pirates and there is clearly no possibility that navy ships would ever intent to shoot ships in that area.

Against the south Africans who can't shoot, It will be a disaster for them to even try to fight.
SO FAR IT HAD NEVER BEEN CONFIRMED WHICH AMONG THE TWO NAVIES ( SA NAVY OR GERMAN NAVY) SCARED THE FISHER MEN. YET IT IS POSITIVELY THOUGHT THE SHOTS WERE MERELY INTENDED TO SCARE THE FISHERMEN RATHER THAN TO SHOOT THEM.

I sincerely doubt that buhari is reckless enough to even try to implement sharia throughout Nigeria,it will not only ruin his political career,it will also destroy his political party.
Such things shouldnt be toyed with, afterall, many men have been killed for less.
Words as said by Mr Bihari

“I will continue to show openly and
inside me the total commitment to
the Sharia movement that is sweeping
all over Nigeria ,” Mr. Buhari said. “God
willing, we will not stop the agitation for
the total implementation of the Sharia in
the country.”

lol.No sane leader wants to have a revolt on his hands before even completing his first term in office.
No one cares what the muslim doctrine dictates, the shenanigans written in the "holy" quran should be restricted to mosques.
Even in the north, sharia can never be implemented due to the fact that there is no state in Nigeria that is totally muslim populated, there will always be at least 30% of christian population, and that is not even considering the traditional pantheon worshippers.
Even buhari knows that dabbling into the implementation of sharia will be a big disaster.
There is also politics to consider,if buhari even mentions anything like sharia,PDP will get new ammo to turn the people against him,and APC will fall.
Will Buhari impose sharia?

I may no longer comment so much on Nigerian matters.

Has Nigeria become a two-party sate? 180 million Nigerians must either accept Buhari or Jonathan by force ? No other options?

A dangerous precedent has been set....If a southern christian becomes president of Nigeria, the north will create Boko Haram war to make him look bad and destroy his government, then replace him with a northerner that looks good. So when a northern muslim becomes president and the southern christians want to pay them back in their own coin and retaliate, what will happen ? Vicious cycle and recycle ?

http://dailypost.ng/2015/04/01/buharis-victory-asari-dokubo-threatens-return-to-the-creeks/

I will advice Buhari to start begging Niger Delta and apologize for saying if he does not win elections there will be bloodshed all over Nigeria....because yes, there was blood shed of over 6,000 innocent civilians in Boko Haram war 2013 to 2015.....after he lost in 2011.

Buhari's idea of sharia is one of the things that boko haram is clamouring for.
lol.Sharia law can never be implemented in a multi-religious country like Nigeria,it just aint possible.
Mr Bihari will exploit ways possible to implement it to areas which are predominantly Muslim in the North. It is not a secret that most Muslims will not let the dogs lying until they achieve the exact paradigm as set out by the holy Quoran.

You still insist I said tanks float on water, you have NOT been able to quote where I said that. You know I am not the dullard here, it's you grin

Breech of a gun? It's English language and meaning available in dictionary for the whole world, even local hunters know a breech on their gun.

Fishing boat is NOT stealth, Valour frigate radar detected it, that is why your sailors fires 3 times on the same target, the radar gave them EXACT and PRECISION co-ordinate position of the vessel, yet your donkey brained blue water navy fired 76 mm gun 3 times and missed target 3 times.

Water does not enter barrel, see photo of snorkeling T-72 tank below, the barrel is above water, the tanks NEVER fully submerge, it is a tank NOT a submarine....see the tank commander in the photo even outside the turret watching out for enemy forces in the water, he will command the tank gunner to fire 125 mm powerful main gun on your Valour frigate and tank will sink your warship, your Soweto navy CANNOT retaliate and hit target.

.
By simply saying "not 100% submerged in water" you are indirectly implying that the floating is taking place to some reasonable extent. If you are ignorant of some things do not try to correct your mistakes by jogging around.

Yep, because Mr Bihari supported the idea of sharia law.

This morning,i read in the news about how the new president elect, president buhari stressed that he would destroy boko haram in two months [s]with the help of our neighbours: chad, cameroon and niger[/s]
He also accused the jonathan government of not doing enough to strengthen our ties with neighbouring countries in order to fight boko haram.
This is exactly what i feared will happen if a northern muslim ever becomes president; sympathy towards muslim nations like Chad and Niger, romancing with the enemy, unnecessary show of friendship, support and brotherhood towards countries that wish us only destruction.
A Hausa-Fulani man like buhari will see himself as a brother and comrade to the many chadians, nigeriens and cameroonians of similar tribes; especially the kanuri and fulani that populates our immediate neighbours. He will allow his sense of comradeship to cloud our national interests: which involves restraining expansionist countries like chad.
I THOUGHT YOU WERE THE STAUNCH SUPPORTER OF BUHARI, SO, IN ACTUAL FACT WHO DID YOU VOTE FOR?

There can be a significant change in ideology of the DA towards a more socialist view.If the DA realises that remaining firmly rooted in its capitalist ideology would never yield it the substantial support needed to annex the presidency,it would have to at least restructure its ideology to enable inter-party alliance or even an outright coalition.
Such a move is possible.
That will not happen, DA and EFF are water and oil, meaning that they do not mix. DA stand for right to ownership of property and EFF condones the forceful expropriation of private property for the benefit of all. Should the DA ever side with the EFF it means that they will be failing millions of their constituencies who will have to prepare to lose property to the benefit of all. Those constituencies are merely voting for DA to safeguard their property as the DA is their only voice in parliament that still defend their properties.

ah..so naive,is there anything like 'stooping too low' in politics?
isnt politics a game of power and intellect?
The DA has more or less similar political ideology with the ANC,therefore political support in the right wing will always rotate between the ANC and DA,but the EFF,IFP,NFP,FF+ are of different breed.especially the EFF which is marxist-leninist,this enables it to garner new support from all channels.
IFP shrank due to the emergence of the EFF,but it still carries political influence.EFF-DA coalition is a deadly combo.
The DA is the rightist movement supporting the capitalist agenda and the EFF is a Marxists-Leninist movement that support radicalism and tell me where do the two meet?

The EFF support socialist ideology of sharing while the DA are conservative movement who support the property ownership. DA are totally against nationalisation and land expropriation without compensation. The move will however cause a great upset that will lead to avalanche of much greater exodus of prominent leaders in the DA and who will in turn form yet another new DA. Such move is impossible on political ideological aspects.
