A forum is a website that enables visitors, readers, etc to participate by creating their own topics as threads or replying to existing threads. But in a blog, you can only reply to the blog owner via comments.

Most website don't even have the feature for commenting, you just read and go!

Moreso possession is 9/10th of d law in proving ownership to a land however the remaining 1/10th which is proof of title.. Where an aggrieved persons fails to prove his or her title.. D law is clear such a person right of oCcupancy is highly questionable and his title is defective..
