dinyelutochukwu: If you’re a long term investor, there’s no cause for alarm. Zenith is about the healthiest bank in the NSE. If you’re short term, keep your eyes on the market, once there is a slight rebound in prices, sell-off, count your losses, and put your money in one of the sound stocks with good fundamentals. No one saw this coming. Do I have any other option than to be a long term investors and wait it out? I intend buying more to average down but the big question is, when do one start buying with the prices deeping lower each passing day? |

aremso: Thank You very much BOSS, i truly love your stand on this particular question i want to back up your point by saying every Nigerians who DESIRED to be a Millionaire can be As you have stated above, one must have a very high level of financial discipline which majority of Nigerian lacks, we want to eat our cake and at the same time have it in our hands. Jesus says the poor will always be with you but me i want to be among the rich and i believe if one has the desired to be rich legitimately, one would go extra mile to achieve such even as salary earner no matter the amount, one can be a millionaire. Is matter of mind set, one also need to read much about maintaining that status when one gets there. i could remember about 10yrs ago, i was saving my small small money then invest in tb wit returns of 14k on those hard earned saved money, i also diversified into stocks then but i was determined and focused and Thank God today, i can do TB of 10m but still eyeing 20m by next yr GOD helping me. Majority are ruining rat race today cos of financial indiscipline. Today i dont need to use my housing allawe to pay house rent, dividend from my stocks does that for me, TB can pay my child school fees and i invest my housing allawe in return to get more money. Every one who desires to be a millionaire legitimately can be if he/she work towards it and have very high level of financial discipline God bless you sir for this comment. you are absolutely right. just 3years ago I couldn't boast of a million naira. was busy buying the latest hairs and designers clothings in town but ever since I started following this thread silently, my life has turned around that I couldn't believe it myself. It's all about discipline. please I would like to learn about stocks too. I've been following the thread too for some time but I still can't understand it. if you can put me through some certain things. Thanks |

Akerewe: u cant understand what I went tru, if u see d way dey r begging me from their head office nd even from my branch on phone, u will pity dem but yet dey r playing game over my intelligence. I av a dept knowledge of tb nd I dnt think anything is hidden wen it comes to tb. av made up my mind, am leaving stanbic for good. out of all d banks I visited for tb in sagamu so far its only access bank that operates in open door police. I went to access bank today nd d officer in charge just login nd gv me d rates nd tenor. others r not friendly at all wen u mention tb. wot I don't get is access bank daily primary market That's really strange with stanbic cos they are among the top three when it comes to tb. well, just walk to the customer care department of access bank and request for the day's available rate as its dynamic and not static |

Akerewe: gtb sagamu bank told me secondary market is not available nd dey don't know anything about primary market. stanbic has bn playing on my intelligence by refusing to capture my form over 2weeks now. first bank response on phone is totally different because d agent told me she doesn't kno wen secondary market wld b available. Empower yourself with wealth of information by reading the first few pages of this thread, then walk into the bank like a boss and give them instructions on what to do for you. if they feign ignorance, lecture them. by so doing they will know that you are not JJC and if they still insist threaten to call the head office and see how they will turn you to a mini god right away. |

awesomeJ: Anyone interested in the primary market Auctions should note that there will be one on Wednesday. Bids should be submitted before COB today.
The auction is for about 54bn across all tenors, so oversubscriptions may not allow for much improvements from last week's rates.
Next auction after this week is 4th April. bros abeg how reliable is this information I just called the person in charge of tbills where I bank and he said he has not gotten the information |
