Not a financial advise.

But if you have spare cash, you can buy up BAKE and leave in your wallet. It should do as slp has done in the coming weeks.

Currently trading @ 0.75 from ATH of $5, it's only a matter of time.

I took this trade, and DCA when it dipped more, now I'm smiling as I gradually take profit. Thanks for the call

Special thanks to @jedisco, @Ibime, @Openheaven and others that share useful information selflessly you guys make learning this stuff easier
My watchword is this, If I can be happy with 10% on treasury bill for one full year why then I don't need to over trade to make gains here.
I took my time to read you guys contribution and I entered the market at the right time.

EXPOSÉ!

Ignore my shenanigans back then — I was probably broke (still broke sha). In this country, na only craze people dey succeed.

I was tired of being normal, so I tried being abnormal and it worked.

In Africa, the calm and gentle (introverted) ones keep struggling for survival, but the bold and na.sty keep succeeding.

I'm not supposed to reveal this, but let me just say it because someone may learn from it.

There are too many legit ways to make it online while in your room and one of them is controversy + great (free) contents.

The controversy brings the popularity while the free and great content bring the trust.

Popularity + Trust + Great Content = Wealth.

The formula is:

1. Cause trouble and have lots of haters and critics and put all attention on yourself (not because you're an attention-seeker, because you'll convert that attention to money soon).

2. Win back 80% of the haters and critics by dishing out free topnotch contents that'll enrich them. Give them 99% of all you know for free. Humans are greedy beings and when they benefit from you, they can easily forgive you of past grudges they hold against you.

3. Finally, you've gained trust, 80% fans and 20% haters, so it's time to sell the remaining 1% info.

4. As you sell the info, the 20% haters or critics are going to flood your thread to attack and abuse you and tell you how no one is going to patronize you.

They didn't know you now have 80% fans who trust you and are willing to buy anything you sell.

The table has turned. The haters and critics have become the attention-seekers and promotional tools for you.

This was exactly what I did in Romance section and made myself a millionaire without stepping my foot out of my house.

A lot of people thought I was a fool, but I ended up fooling them while building a passive income business that generates me money while I sleep.

I have never worked in my life. The formula I just exposed is what I used.

Why did I expose it? It's because I no longer use it, but it still works and always will.

What I wrote is not a financial advice o!

Life is a game, so play it. If you don't, others will play it against you.

As Mahatma Gandhi would say, "First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win." I guess this is why the coin WIN made me lots of money. #Smile.

So, ignore those that used to abuse me back then — I only used them as a ladder to the top and as a man with humanity in mind, I'll always give 99% for free. 1% is my only secret.

"Great men don't pray for riches, they walk towards wealth without minding critics and haters." This should be every youth's mantra.
Nice one

Sir, if you keep equating MBA with Forex, you may take same risk with same result. Most of these guys that claim to trade forex with consistent 20% do not really do any live trade.
During the early craze of Forex in 2007/08, there was a lot of hype about the magic of forex only for people to discover that the trainers only made money from training (like the executive class you say is starting on the 11th). Since that 2007 till now, I have never met one person that made money from Forex and did not lose it. Most lose their account, those who have some form of success will tell you that they were successful until they made a mistake and their account got blown.
Personally, I intend to have fun with forex as a pastime soon, but not with any amount more that $100.
Why am I taking out time to try to prevent you going into forex? Simple, because you have lost money from it already and I suspect you have entered that dangerous mode than gambler get into when they loose money, they always believe they can win it back, but in the process, they end up sinking deeper and deeper into more loses.
Since you are very busy with work, just close eye and buy Zenith bank shares, it is still at 10 EPS even at the high price it has even today.
Dec FG bonds was even 12% last month with 50 million be minimum subscription. You still get options bros.
I personally use to learn from the matured Barrytone moniker contribution, do not allow emotions and pride lead you into losing your life earnings, all those guys calling you bros in the area will be the first to start saying "wertin he use he money do sef".
I know it is not my money or business, but na God I take beg you, don't listen to internet marketers who promise you heaven and earth with forex. Remember your old principle of slow and steady.
A thousand likes for this post. I think there is need for a love button for exceptional posts like this, I personally do not have experience with the 2007 /2008 forex trading experience as I was still so young then but my people do and I felt the consequences then. Can we have our old barrytone back please? Biko

If you are transfering from your StanbicIBTC bank mobile app to any of their mutual fund account the only charge will incure is maybe SMS alerts charge if you use the service. It is same bank transfer so there should be no charge except for only "one fund" where they use a standard chartered Bank account and maybe the dollar fund if it is not same as the standard chartered account.
Thanks alot.

The easiest way of toping up with them is to do a direct transfer to the fund bank account (e.g Account Name: StanbicIBTC/ First Trustees Guaranteed Investment Fund - Bank: Stanbic IBTC- Account Number: 9202475343). Then in the Narration/ Payment details/Reason for payment space, you indicate your own mutual fund account number and name. I have done this twice this week and my account was credited without hassle.
Please can this be done online using their mobile app

Let me share a rule I use though I am not sure of the qty you currently hold. Assuming you bought 100k unit of each stock you mentioned and they've already turned 100%, sell off half or more of your holdings in each one to recoup your capital including all charges then leave the rest to generate residual income for you pending when you decide to sell them. You can start offloading in bits to see if there will be more upside. That way you sell less units to get back your capital and still keep more to enjoy dividend.
I think this is perfect. Thanks a lot. Will do that

For those who missed out on recent opportunities but who are seeking for one, look the way of UNILEVER !!
Based on the coys current BS position(cash stand + earnings accretion) and adjusting for a high risk premium, there's the possibility of a near 57% ROI given its present mkt price.
Elsewhere, UACN also holds an over 61% reward potential.
The probability of occurrence is already near 1 for both coys.

The best time to align? …NOW !!

CAVEAT: The need for due diligence should still take higher precedence ahead of this post.
My advise? …Pls follow ur instinct.

It is well.
OGG please advise
My initial plan on holding FUGAS for dividend purposes for at least one year is on the verge of being distorted having made 100% on G and Z, and almost 90% on F,U and A. Now the problem is should I stick to the initial plan or just book profit and run.
NOTE: you can only advise as the decision is mine and the possible consequences of the decision also mine to bear. Thanks

Sorry, i just saw this.

The reason is this. You should be looking at total returns to your money.

Most stocks that have December as their financial end of year, their share price rises to the highest value in January, after January it starts dropping.

So using Zenith as an example, the share price is probably going to peak in January, after that it will loose close to 10% of the January high.

In other words, if you bought it in November for N19 and it is selling at N25 in January, by the time you wait to qualify for dividend, it would have lost 10%. Though it is not bad to wait for dividend but your returns will be lower even with dividend.

You can sell in January and come back in May or June because the price will still come down to N19.

Nice perspective and thanks for that but looking at the obtainable interest rate across all fixed assets being ridiculously low, dont you think that circle will be broken? In the past people switched between tbills and stocks, where they invested the proceeds from stocks into Tbills while waiting for prices to deep. Then again, I feel there is going to be re-pricing of most fundamentally strong stocks because of the devaluation.

I will like to add my own tips on opportunities.

One can target purchasing some stock on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Target should be between now and mid to end of November. If you can get Zenith bank shares at N19 or below get as much as you can and hold till maximium the second week in January.

Do not be tempted to hold beyond the second week of January.

I expect the price to get to N25. That is approximately 25% in returns in less that 3 months.

There are many stocks with such potentials there right now.

The most important thing is timing. and the target price.

Do not exceed second week in January

This is my 2 cents to help
Bros, please can you throw more light as to why we shouldn't hold beyond second week of January considering the the fact that most of those stock will be paying dividends around march and some people invested for dividends. I personally had plans of holding mine till towards the wave of uncertainty of 2023 elections to offload. Please explain

[quote author=Titaniumental post=94188233]I got this post somewhere and I thinks it totally depicts what went down between Ozo and Nengi from week 1 up until Sunday.

I will like to titled it OZONE season 1
Special recommendation for Ozone shippers, and those that av been hating on Ozo.

Warning:-- IT IS A LONG POST(but you will definitely enjoy it)

After reading kindly drop some votes for Laycon oooooo!!!!!!

Why Nengi And Ozo Relationship Isn't One-Sided Love

I find those of you using the anti-rape slogan " No Means No" to describe Nengi's relationship with Ozo, quite off putting.
It doesnt get more ridiculous than this, I swear. No means No? How?

Nigerians will bastardize everything.

Please, with all due respect to all you hold dear, you cannot portray Nengi on the platform of No means No, because her actions practically NEGATE everything that slogan stands for.

Nengi is the poster girl for - Exactly How Not to Portray - No means No.

➡️ 2nd week of BBN, Ozo is clear when he says he wants a relationship with Nengi.

➡️Nengi says No, what she wants is a friendship.

➡️Ozo is clear again - Nengi I really care about you, I'm developing feelings for you. I want a relationship.

➡️Nengi says No, I want a friendship.

➡️ Nengi starts to get close with Prince. Prince starts to ask her out. She and Kidwaya be hanging out forming besties, cool mates and flirting partners.

➡️Kidwaya be sharing all he and Erica's break up tales with Nengi. They'd hang out gisting together, playing games together.

➡️ Ozo respects himself. Gets the message and pulls back from the deal. No contact with Nengi. Speaking only when absolutely necessary. Maintaining his own space etc.

➡️ She had both kid and prince's attention and she loved it. She was enjoying every minute of it, until it dawned on her that Ozo had left the chat.

➡️ Nengi!!! Completely shuts Prince down. I cannot date you, I'm not feeling you like that; she tells Prince.

➡️ She completely quits flirting with Kidwaya and hearing of his woe tales and goes in hot pursuit of Ozo.

➡️ She haunts him down at every point. Ozo, Let us talk. We need to talk. Let us talk. Let us talk.

➡️ Ozo curves her back to back issa hit. Nengi intensifies pressure. The moment Ozo steps into the bathroom to take a shower, Nengi blocks him there and begins to talk to him. Dude cannot run out soapy and naked, he is forced to indulge.

➡️ 3 days of hot pursuit proves to him that this girl does indeed like him. He caves in. He starts talking to her again. Starts giving her his undivided attention yet again.

➡️Now, take note of who didnt understand your so called "No means No" in the above scenario. That was Nengi. Going in hot pursuit of a guy who YOU KNOW wants a relationship with you and not a friendship.

Next

➡️ Ozo continues to shower love and affection. I want a relationship with you. Same scenario repeats itself.

➡️ Nengi says. Let's be friends. I've told you that we should take baby steps.

➡️ I'm not one for baby steps, when I see what I want, I go for it. You know me, I want to walk, run and fly all at the same time. I love you. I want to be in a relationship with you. I want it to be on record that I have poured my heart out to you.

➡️ Nengi, do you want crayfish in your stew; she says, curving him.

➡️ The back and forth continues. Mixed signals here and there.

➡️ Then Nengi says she needs some space. Ozo spend sometime with other people. Give me space. I dont want my highlights to be always about you. Talk to other people. You are always with me. I'm sick of all your relationship talk. I'm sick of this.. I'm sick of that.

➡️Ozo gets tired of the disrespect and being taken for granted. He pulls away and stays on his own.

➡️ In less than 24hrs, Nengi is miserable. She is visibly unhappy. She eats little or no meal the whole day.

➡️She attends her diary session and shalayes about how Ozo is not talking to her. How he has pulled away from her. How she doesnt like the energy he is giving her. How she thinks she might have hurt him with her pronouncements.

️ She struggles to hold back the tears but they overpower her. She begins to cry. Big Brother tells her that herself and Ozo want different things and so he suggests that she forgoes her friendship offer with Ozo and finds other friends. The cry intensifies into hefty sobs....

➡️ She makes up with Ozo in the evening. She is clapping, shouting, explaining dramatically. Ozo stands up to leave. Where are you going, come back here: she says.

➡️ She is all over him. She's basking in his attention. She is largely performative in every response and every gesture.

➡️ She starts to sing, Why do you have to go oo away from us, me love

➡️ She is sat in front of him. She places her hands on both his laps, looks him in the eyes and says - I missed you so much today, have I told you already.

➡️ The next night, they are chilling in the HOH lounge when she says to him - You cant leave on sunday. My life will be miserable without you. Miiisseerraaabblleeee; She stresses.

➡️ Ozo smiles as he teases her; - You are just sad that you'd have no one to bully; he says. She laughs. Yes!! I cant stay without someone to bully; she says.

➡️ Saturday night. She has a fight with Ozo over meat. Love yourself, I don't need your stupid love. Get away from me. Big Brother let me out of this party now. Leave my room, I want to sleep; she says amongst other harsh words.

➡️ When Ozos pleadings fell on deaf ears, he retreats to his bed and goes to sleep.

➡️ Early hours of the morning, Nengi is restless in bed. She carries her duvet, moves over to the main house. She sits on the bed next to Ozo's and stares at Ozo while he is fast asleep.

➡️ She later gets on his bed apologises to him for her outburst the night before. She proceeds to spend the whole morning glued to Ozo.

➡️ Ozo gets evicted. Spends the bulk of his last 10 seconds reassuring her. Tried to give her a kiss good bye, but she offered her cheeks instead. Ozo asks Laycon to take care of Nengi and says he loves her on his way out.

➡️ She breaks down and cries bitterly.

➡️ Later that same evening... She breaks down and cries in the Jaccuzi while talking to Neo about Ozo.

➡️ I know Ozo loves me. I've never met a man like him. I know it's not about my beauty or my body. The boy loves me. He is real. He is true. He is a rare human being. There are very few people like him in this world. I liked him so much, this is why I haunted him down and forced him back into a friendship with me. Ordinarily, I wouldn't care if a person doesnt want to be friends with me. But I like Ozo so much, that's why I fought to restore our friendship. Do you know how many times I have cried because of Ozo in the Diary room? I really like that guy. I like him a lot.

➡️ Neo *shocked*. You cry because of Ozo? She says yes. So why wont you get with him then?

➡️ I need to be close friends with who I date for a long while. I have to know you very well first. I'm very emotional in love. And I have plenty wahala. I need to be sure that you can manage my wahala.

➡️ You came in here expecting many things..but I tell you for sure, you never expected an Ozo. You were not prepared for him; Neo says.

➡️ Nengi looks down. Tears dropping. She takes some Jaccuzi water and washes them off. She starts fighting back the tears. Neo feels for her.

➡️ She goes to bed with a picture of Ozo in hand. She covers her duvet over her head staring at it and then falls asleep with the photo at her bed side.

Nengi wanted Ozo for the reasons she wanted Ozo and expected him to betray/downplay/sideline his own desires for her own wishes.

Ozo wanted Nengi for the reasons he wanted Nengi and hoped that his sincerity of heart will appeal to her and bring about a change of mind.

They both wanted what they wanted...They both made offers.. They both didnt want to back down from their positions....

But the only one who pulled away from this seemingly deadlocked deal was Ozo. And he did so TWICE, for that matter.

Nengi never pulled away. She kept on, in hot pursuit of his attention. Knowing fully well what Ozo's offer was, she was unprepared to take "No" for an answer.

The more time Ozo spent with her, the more he fell for her, the weaker his resolve, the more emotionally dependent on her he became.

Is that what you people are using to Portray the slogan - No means No?

Nengi has not exhibited the clarity and resolve that follows that mantra..neither did she practice the mantra herself.

You can call this - Mixed signals / Emotional Abuse / Emotional Manipulation- if you like. But No means No?

There is No "Stop it - I like it".. in "No means No" please.

Copied

God bless the writer,he/she really watched the show

Can't you give your takes about Ozo without comparing him to your monkey fave.
Laycon is not better at anything than Ozo .
Not looks
Not intellect and certainly not self control .

Nengi keeps giving him mixed signals only to turn around and pretend he's pestering her .

Your baboon was rejected outrightly .

Erica didn't give him any chance to push further because she was very clear about not wanting him , something Nengi is yet to do .

In her words , laycon is an ugly looking smelly chicken drum stick.
The day Nengi will use even one percent of this words on Ozo and he keeps pestering her , I'll personally go to the TV and slap him .

Till then lay off comparing a wholesome man to a poverty alleviation scheme . grin
