What that means is that people (especially the middle class) work for these super-rich people to create wealth for them and get a chunk of it. US has highest disposable income because the Government doesn’t take care of some of their needs. For instance, medical insurance. US citizens pay a premium out of pocket for this while in other part of the world it comes free as it has been deducted from their salary, thus reducing their disposable income.

Disposable income is not the real, true measure of wealth. The wealth distribution in the US is saddening. Lot of people are poor compared to the numbers that are wealthy.
