Justice James Omotosho is one of the Liberal judges in Nigeria. A stricter Judge would have applied the death sentence for the treason charge.
Kalu's lawyers have said they will appeal the sentence but I wonder what they will appeal about since Kanu refused to defend himself against the treason charge?
Justice appears to have been served here for all the victims of Kalu's international terrorism.
