Good Evening,
I have recently been seeing a lot of ads on Instagram for laminate and spc flooring as alternative to ceramic tiles.
Are they a better alternative in terms of pricing and durability? |

Thanks. Your inputs are very much appreciated. n3xt: The only thing that this arrangement affects on the first floor is the position of the box room door which is almost negligible. He can design a custom 2 x 450mm double door or bi-folding/barn door there to save space.
Every other thing stay same on the upper floor.
Well done and wishing you the best. |

Great. Thanks. n3xt: To create more space for the dining without altering the plan, the architect can consider this arrangement. |

Thank you. I will pass this along. n3xt: Nice plan.
For me, I’d focus on the difficulty that comes to furniture placement in open spaces (eg door, stairwell opening, pre-site entrance).
For my dining, I want to do at least 1m to the wall and 1.2m to the sideboard if available as it requires more space.
Considering the number of openings closer to the dining, I’d extend the living area by 400mm to gain more walk space.
_____ In an ideal setting, you’d require about 2m on the shorter side of the dining when 2 people are facing each other side.
A 3 seater sofa will take about 2.7m.
When you put all these together including the walk space in between furnitures, you’d see that you might require a little more space.
This won’t be an issue for a young family but for a large family (with about 5 people or more), it might be an issue. |

Thanks. The home office is more for private use. Work from home and study/library for the family. Horlardorjah: perfect plan my observation is on the home office, why don't u have a access door from outside with a cantilever canopy or where the laundry is to serve as entry point for external.
having people come in through your main lounge, dining before the office is a no for me except it's not actually going to serve much official purpose. my thought though. nice one from the designer |

Properties › Plasterboard And Its Application by Mueeze(op): 7:06am On Feb 21, 2020 |
Good Morning,
To the engineers in the house,
1. Can plasterboard (gypsum} be used entirely for interior walls of a 3 bedroom bungalow? 2. Is it cheaper than using blocks? 3. How durable is it condering the building is strictly residential? 4. Can it be used in the kitchen and bathroom?
I am considering it for use because I am thinking of building something similar to the attached picture. It land is located in an area with seasonal floods like our lekki, and elevating the building is key. Elevation will need reinforcements and I am constrained financially. Hence the need to think about lighter materials that would pose less pressure to the foundation.
Thanks.

Ehuatamuigunisi: Do you want to use it for fraud? If not , buy and register your own sim The shops refused to sell just the sim and insist I buy the modem also. I have 3 modems and buying an extra modem is a waste for me. And I am not using it for fraud, it is meant to be for Internet for the home. |

Hi Dennis,
A nice work you are doing.
Please , can a fairly spacious 4 bedroom bungalow fit on a 17.6m * 13.5m piece of land? Not taking the parking space into consideration. There is a drive through to the property that can be converted to a parking space |

Good Afternoon,
My wife just got a 2008 Nissan Sentra and it's a pretty cool car.
The only issue I have noticed with the car is this sound (like a bike) coming from the engine when accelerating.
What could be wrong.
Thanks |

Autos › Re: ASK GAZZUZZ by Mueeze(m): 8:10pm On May 17, 2019 |
Ho Gazzuzz,
I drive a 2001 Toyota Highlander. The check engine light has been on for a while and I noticed that it sometimes gives a misfiring sound and hesitates when accelerating. I bought a Bluetooth scanner and the following fault codes came up.
P0171 P0174 P0325 P0330 P1130 P1150
Note that Kazeem changed the MAF Sensor and Oxygen Sensor less than a month ago, although he bought tokunbo sensors. Another mechanic who is a senior Kazeem with a little packaging and expensive service charge changed the same sensors about a year ago and the check engine light came back on barely 24 hour after on both occasions.
I want a lasting solution to the problems. What should I do? |

I have a used 1999 never say die Toyota Corolla VE for sale.
I am the owner of the vehicle. So this is not a third party sale.
The condition of the vehicle is as follows. Negatives
1. The engine shorts oil a little. It doesn't smoke and the oil doesn't drop to the floor
2. The washer for the windshield is bad. I have removed it. I tried to replace it, and everyone is directing me to ladipo. I have not been able to go there.
3. The innerlight and some of the dashboard lights are not working. Suspect is the fuse.
4. Finally, sounds from the front legs. I have been not taken it to a mechanic for diagnosis. So I cannot say what the exact problem is. Suspect is stabilizer linkage and tires. The ball joints were replaced 2 months ago
Positives
1. AC is super chilling. 2. The car no dey die 3. All issues are minor issues. No major major mechanical or electrical problems. 4. You get value for money spent. 5. Brand new battery
Asking price is 500k. Slightly Negotiable.
