Hello, morning. I have few questions I need answers to before making up my mind on this farming (1) What's the cost implications of plantation farming on an acre of land (2) getting the land next week, is it still advisable to plant now even though the dry season is just around the corner. (3) which of the suckers would you advise for maximum output?... You can reach me on 08028768899 if there's need for you to do so. Thanks in advance |
Beboy23:Good morning bro, just need a little professional advice from you concerning plantation farming. I'm getting the land by next week and want to know if it's advisable for me to go ahead with planting bearing in mind the dry season is almost around. What's your advise sir? Would really appreciate it if you reply me soon |
carzola:Just to correct you, Davido will still be rich, no doubt about that but that the girl is broke, no one expects her to be productively engaged at that age, even you Davido wasn't. That she'll still be broke, that's not for you to say she might end up being your employer later in life . For being ugly, think I need to see you image before I can say more on that. Bottom line, do not look down on anyone as I once had a friend who knew the same Davido in his early days at BU. This guy was so in money that time he said Davido was like an errand boy to him,not because Davido's family was poor but simply because he was a fresher and also a teenager. Right now, the same friend needs to pay to see Davido. That's life for you. Never judge anyone by their present circumstances. The same girl could later end up richer than your Davido |
Hundreddegrees:That's totally untrue, as they both have their respective fans. You'll be shocked to know the 2 venues will be sold out |
baliyubla:Oga,this IPOB warrior was recently spotted in Isreal after running away from his self induced python dance, not forgetting the fact he wasn't strong enough to witness the deaths of his gullible followers as a result of his cowardice. Bottom line, never fight a battle you can't win. Ambode understood that better than you

BigGuyMan:With the way you're ranting,it's as if you're a musical artiste who submitted a demo to the #YBNL label and was ignored because I don't understand why you'll go all the way to list artists who didn't 'blow' under the label and ignore the likes of Gold and Kesh. |
IbrahimDamola:I made a comment without trowing insults or tantrums at anyone and the only way you deemed fit to counter is by name calling or throwing shades. I won't descend so low to tow that lane with you, never. Look for your kinds and enjoy your day with. Have a nice day |
IbrahimDamola:They're all the same, there's no politician in Nigeria who's not corrupt |
Themandator:Your point is purely based on sentiments and online opinions, but I tell you they don't really count. I doubt if you have a PVC. Atiku in the North is like an Obasanjo in the Southwest, they both can't win their local domains. I don't support either of the parties but I know too well the political terrains of this country. Moreover, there's no guarantee the ruling party will not rig the electios to their own favour. I beg, as much as I hate to say this, many people will be shocked come 2019 but for me, I know their tricks already |
Truth of the matter is, 2 regions play dominant roles in electioneering in Nigeria, the core North and the Southwest. Las Las,the core North will vote for their own and the Southwest will vote for their interest. Some people still don't know how politics is played in Nigeria. If you really think the Yorubas will give up an Osinbajo asVP and a Fashola as 3star general minister and many more for an Atiku and Obi they're not sure of,you need to go back to the Uni for Pol 101. Just saying, but I know he Nigerian politics |
Many people still don't understand how elections are won. You can never win an actual election based on Twitter, Facebook or Nairaland polls, elections are won by real people going out to polling units to vote, not online warriors. That's one advantage APC holds,as bad as that sounds, they've got that massive support in the North and majority of those guys have their PVC's and what about people in the West,East and South, how many of us can boldly display ours? I don't have too, so I wouldn't cry foul when results are manipulated because I know I put myself in the position. Online posts don't matter, this is Nigeria and not America where such things counts. But one thing I'll continue to say, the North being the major decider in any election based on their numerical advantage do not mince words, they play the "one direction" music and Atiku do NOT command a strong followership over there. 2019 will be interesting... |
This is where the bad blood or the resentments of Nigeria by the easterners will come to hunt them. They've so much hated the country that they never forsaw anything good coming towards their way politically. Now is the chance they've been looking for but many of them have so much given up on the country that they don't register or participate in political activities. I can bet many do not even have their PVC's and they expect Obi in Aso Rock next year. Rantings on Twitter or Nairaland cannot deliver the goods but only a PVC can and it's just so unfortunate that while my brothers from the East rarely have theirs, the guys up North have in abundance. Anyway,I'll keep my fingers crossed and observe things as they unfold. |
From the way I see it, Atiku's hope of winning is dead on arrival. His candidature is only being projected in the South East and the South South. I'm almost certain he can never get 25% of total vote casts in 2 out of the 6 Western States and his less than 30% electoral value in the North is another indicator that he's not getting anywhere with all these hypes. It would have been a tough election if Kwakwanso had been the contender as the guy commands a cult followership in the North, most especially, the state with highest number of registered voters. For those thinking Atiku can get meaningful votes in the Southwest, they've gotta have a rethink as the region has some how benefitted from this government than the previous one and as such, wouldn't want to jeopardize the chances they already got,as they're fully aware a bird in hand is better than 10 in the air. If you question my logic, you need to understand that the Nigerian politics is about what you can get for yourself and your people,it's the way it's been since Independence. |
Johnnyessence:He should go then, abi shey our supposed incoming president nor go fit go or strike good economic deals with the Yankees? |
Kingosytex:Nah, for easy ventilation |
Donbabaj:I'm telling you,I smell serious conspiracy. Pogba was just so lackadaisical and the 2nd goal was just a total shame on all the defenders |
shevalync:Thanks for the insight, really helpful. At least with this info, my scepticism is now put to rest. Wouldn't mind if we can exchange contacts though |
shevalync:I'm interested in it,if you don't mind sharing |
Onlinealaba:Hello, good morning. I'm about going into cassava plantation next month but the only fear I have is how to get a ready made market for the products after harvest. Initially thinking of plantation farming but was advised to go for Cassava first as I can quickly get the market for plantain but for Cassava,I'm just sceptical and this is affecting my morale. Could you please shed more light on how one can source for the buyers or the market after harvest? Would really like if we can discuss this in private though. Thanks in advance |
otherway:Prove it or you shut up for life. Most of those controversial stories you read online are just to keep them trending and gullible people fall for it. |
Ambode has just confirmed the proverbial Yoruba saying, " eni tiwon fesun to nfepo para" meaning, person wey dem wan burn wey dey use fuel rub body. This guy's impeachment is just in matter of weeks. Truth be told, Ambode just acted like a political rookie with his press conference. A deep rooted politician would have been negotiating secretly with other political parties while still giving the impression he's in accordance with his party. It's a very smart political move. No politician will lay his card open for anyone to understand rather, their words, actions are crypted thereby making it impossible for anyone to understand. Bukola Saraki wined and dined with APC for over 3yrs while secretly doing espionage work for PDP. That's a real politician doing the chess moves. Till date,Saraki remains a tough nut to crack for APC cos he was secretive, calculative and very decisive. Ambode's emotional outburst has just exposed whatever plans he's got |
Naijaguy12345:And these people are majorly responsible for most of Nigeria's problems. And to think they're still in power now is just so appalling |
moneypussyweed:So,now you think you're smarter than or know better than Ambode shey? Guy, everything nor be by gragra. Ambode knows he's fighting a war he cannot win because the concept of direct primary is such that the party delegates(card carrying members) from all the various L.G.A's are the ones to vote in this type of election and as it stands, Ambode has lost a lot of goodwil with them. Also, since the powers that be,(I believe you know who) controls the affairs of the party structure in the state, your guess is as good as mine as to where there allegiance will be. Except there's a last minute change of plans, Ambode's as good as gone because he can never win that primary. Have you not asked yourself why local government chairmen would have the effontry to challenge a sitting governor if not that they have a strong political backing? Another option open to him is to quickly decamp to P.D.P after the primaries and if he's able to clinch their ticket,I'm almost 60% sure he'll get sympathy votes from Lagosians as he's loved by majority of the masses. |
FarahAideed:I don't even know how we think in this country anymore. We tend to attribute every natural occurrence to the wrath of God or a way of God punishing people. In case you don't understand, that was nature doing it's thing and just to educate you,if such "wrath of God" continues to plunder all tice farms in the country, you will not only suffer for it but millions of Nigerian will as this will cause scarcity of not only rice supplies but other agricultural products thereby forcing an increase in price. Let me ask you a question,if a pastor's farm was nearby this same farm, will the flood bypass the pastor's farm and attack only the said farm? God is not wicked and unreasonable |
justtoodark:Hmm,you think you're smart shey, those guys will job you cleanly and nothing will happen. Boys wey dey sell fufu phones and laptops...abi make them even hug you for the same village. Best way to avoid them is to never even respond to their advances. Even the guys in the stores are no exceptions. Never blame a guy who fell at the church computer village, there are jobbers looking to capitalize on your gullibility over there. A word is enough for the wise |
majamajic:That Sir Shina Peters is Osita Osadebe's son is absolutely not true because the SSP I know is from Ogun state,Abeokuta precisely. Unless you're telling me Osadebe is from Abeokuta |
RevenGeMission:Man eye get different look for different woman yansh...

I've said this severally, many Nigerians are mentally lazy and easily deceived. There's nothing in that post that suggested he was shot at as that statement can be interchangeably be used to mean something else. And to think many Nairalanders believed this is so alarming. A Davido that's still in service is now the one manipulating people's brains with English language, are you people not ashamed of yourselves? If anything of such happened, the whole social media as well as print media will be on fire right now but what do we have,a single post coming from someone looking for public sympathy for his uncle's election won't cut it for me. The same people who foolishly believed a news that surfaced online some days back claiming Davido's accounts were frozen by EFCC,with David only saying "make them go ....", I mean does that really confirm the accounts were frozen? The boy's involvements with his uncle's campaigns is nothing but pure politics and will stop at nothing to get public sympathy as such, expect anything from him. Them no shoot him uncle wey dey contest, com be say na hin dem shoot, na hin dey contest? |
LuciferCristi:Thank you very much for your observation, there's more dignity in begging than what your able bodied brothers engage in. Evans your brother was a kidnapper while your uncle, Clifford Orji was a cannibal/ ritualist disguised as a lunatic. Your grandfather, Ezego was one of the pioneers of ritualism in modern Nigeria while your village,Okija was the place where the notorious shrine was located. Oloriburuku omo ale jati jati |
Richdad50:Ode,was she ever in any competition with her? |
Some people are just so mentally lazy, the level of the gullibility among most Nigerians is so alarming. I mean if this news were to be true, the Isiaka Adeleke would have raised a serious alarm. Davido would be on Twitter by now shouting at the top of his voice. By the way, what's Davido's business with his uncle's political entanglement with the government? Davido's father is a building materials business magnate, what's his business in all of these? Yet,some people will not bother to verify the source and also the genuineness of most news on the internet before coming on here to display their foolishness |
