I found my way to earth clinic somehow since I get most remedies there.
I searched for bleeding cure and saw this ingredients to be beneficial

Unsulphured Blackstrap Mollases and Apple Cider Vinegar
One teaspoon on the molasses and one tablespoon of vinegar
In a cup of warm water every morning and evening before meal. That is on hungry stomach.
It will deal with d root cause of d bleeding and regulate it. So expect more bleeding for the first one week if ur linning is too thick or if it's fibriods

Another option is d cayenne pepper in warm waterman drink.
This one just stops the bleeding outrightly as it even make period scanty.

So just read up and decided.
Thing is both of them are ttc friendly. But acv should be stopped once pregnant except it's pasturized. But then again, u cant use pasturized for this purpose.

I know of tranexamin been used to stop bleeding, but she can as well add the cayenne pepper + warm water.
Cayenne pepper is same as shombo (yoruba) bawa (hausa) she can get the already grounded one at shoprite.

sis I will advise you wait like a week after your supposed Af, do a blood pt before embarking on any infection test/treatment. It's better to be safe than be sorry.

Is your prolactin level normal? Did you run hormonal profile test?Most times high prolactin leads to low progesterone. Once the prolactin becomes balance your progesterone will be balance too. You can also post your hormone profile results for most contribution on how to increase your progesterone. another alternative I know of is apple cider vinegar with mother in it e.g Braggs,2 teaspoon in a cup of water morning and night. This will cleanse as well reset hormone and reproductive organs

Are you trying to treat PCOS? What other medication are you on for it? My Dr placed me on Omega 3,6 previously and today placed me on Metformin (Glucophage) as well.

I have not been diagnosed with pcos, but I have most of the symptoms like excess fat, finding it hard to loose weight, thinning hair, annovolation e.t.c, plus almighty hormone imbalance. I once took metformin and noticed that I loss body fat for the period of 2weeks, but it took less than two weeks to put it back on.

Two options are, Mason fat burner (2100)...it contains inositol, choline, vitb6 amongst other things.
Fvine and I found that GNC pharmacy carries their own brand of inositol (powder 600mg 18k and tablets 500mg 4,900) and choline(3800).

Those two highlighted point got my attention. The semen analysis that indicated athenozoospermia is it your dh's? If yes why would your doctor want to place you on clomid with a no sperm cell semen? Please answer the question asked so as to know the kind of support/advise we can give.

Yes you can combine the use of tampoon with castor-oil, while the castor oil breaks up adhesions sending blood flow to necessary parts in the uterus , the tampon will pull the debris out.
The cycle I did both together, I experienced ovulation in a distinct way, it was the same cycle I used the opk I bought from mumihaja and I see clearly what it's meant by ovulation.

@fvine does it mean it's only egg one will be eating for that period of fasting?
