Your FSH is a bit elevated but that doesn't conclude that you have low ovarian reserve, you still need to do AMH test, that is what will indicate if you have eggs or not. PCOS, lifestyle, age and some herbs can elevate your FSH.

If after the AMH tests it's still the same, then you may be encouraged to use some supplements for egg quality or use donor eggs if you are going for ivf

so sad, this is millions going down the drain. Where the 6 ivfs done in the same hospital? Own egg or donor egg? Cos I'm looking at the possible cos, if same hospital it could be facility factor and embryo quality, if it's different hospitals then it's definitely embryo quality. Quality of the sperm and egg has a role to play on implantation especially with surrogates.
Don't just give up, make research and read extensively before you try again. If using own egg, build your egg quality and oga's sperm with supplements.

I have also battled with Endometriosis for many years and it has caused me lots of adhesions. During my 2nd IVF the transfer was difficult and I suspect that was responsible for the failure. I have been recommended hysterescopy at Nordica Lagos. I have had two fibroid surgeries as well.

Yes I removed chocolate cysts (endometrioma) 2 years before IVF via open surgery, I also removed uterine polyps via hysterescopy a month before IVF.

I don't think it's Operative, I have done both, the diagnostic I was awake and i felt every pain even though he put an injection inside my uterus (i guess lidocaine) but i was feeling raw pain, when he did the operative i was given a spinal anesthesia so no pain at all.

Before leaving the hospital, I was told about the number collected and on the transfer day i was told their grades. It will be in a summary book that they give after the transfer.

Good morning mamas, how's everybody holding up? Pls I need some advices - initially I waited for 7years before I got BFP & delivered last year. I treated high prolactin & did laparoscopy & hyteroscopy to removed adhesion. I've been trying for baby no2 since January yet nothing cam Tru. I delivered via CS so couldn't do sit batz but for the past 3months now I noticed I spot during my ovulation (somtimes on ovulation day, somtimes 2days to ovulation) the blood will come lik a stain & go. My baby is 1½yrs & im no longer breastfeeding. I've never experienced this during the ttc period then so I don't know could it be that I still have retained blood because I cudnt do sit batz? What can I do to speed up conception because it's not easy going Tru all over again. I'm on folic acid & carbagolin because of my previous record of adhesion & my period is regular . do a transvaginal scan to rule out ovarian cyst or any growth inside your uterus

HSG or Hysterescopy? They are two different things.

If it's HSG you can do it at Clinix, ilupeju.

Hysterescopy is of two types.
Diagnostic and Operative.

it is possible to achieve IVF conception with intra uterine adhesion but it depends on the severity of the adhesion, I asked because of the number of time it was carried out.

You can get serrapeptase from jiji or jumia. There is a seller on nairaland too (tripplettwins). Buy a higher spu depending on your pocket, start with one capsule a day so as to develop tolerance then you can increase it to up to 3 or 4. Sorry once more about your house.
If you can get castor oil, rub it in your pelvic region and massage well. If you have a hot water bottle place it over a towel and allow the heat enter your pelvic region. If not just rub the oil and massage.

It's difficult to see a doctor that will allow you
use your egg due to age factor. I still recommend using a donor. They don't even use donors above 26 years now.

so sorry mama. Just take a break, don't do IVF under pressure, selling your own house for IVF wasn't a good idea, you could have leased or rented it out. Did the IVF failed as a result of the adhesion?
The money you have currently can't get you a surrogate, if you intend using yourself please take serrapeptase for like one month before the transfer.

Take it to God in prayers too, age will not stop what God is about to do for you.

exactly someone I know also got pregnant with hydro via IVF. When she told her doctor about fluid flowing back to the uterus he only laughed.

your doctor might have aspirated early, that means he didn't wait for the complete duration after the trigger shot to do egg collection, that's one of the causes of empty follicles. Encourage him to wait a bit longer in your next cycle. We all don't respond to treatment same way, even the same woman may respond to treatment differently in 2 cycles.

for change of name you will be required to provide a newspaper publication, marriage certificate, sworn affidavit for change of surname, NIN and the old passport. Change of name is usually done in Abuja. It takes a minimum of 30 days.

I will advise you to freeze the matured egg and re-start another simulation next month. Not all the egg will fertilize and there are many factors that can lead to successful cycle. You need at least 12 Good follicle for a better chances. And also be patient don't be in a haste. I started my cycle in February had so many obstacles but I was patient, I even have to freeze my embryo due to my endometrium where too thickened but it ended in praise on my fist trial which took almost 5months.

hmmmm, But this here is an issue which can make your cycle to be cancelled or even adviced to use a donor egg..what was your amh level exactly? It doesn’t just look at the reserve but also on how you can respond to stimulation.
One more thing, your last line wasn’t necessary at all, this is just your first cycle and you keep blaming your DH, so many mamas have gone through more than 3 cycles but you will hardly hear them put blame on any of their partners. You both are in it together, this is not time to resent him please, ivf has many twists, and this egg issue is one of it. Keep praying and keep hope alive.

your health is paramount dear, its even better you remove it now as it might scare would be suitors away, on the issue of regrowth, with a healthy lifestyle you will overcome it, avoid junks, refined flour and sugary foods. Eat lots of vegetables, eggs and meat, your pcv is very low, you can also add any good HB12 syrup. De deon is a good option.

yes i was awake, no pain after as well, you might spot for a few days and nothing more…i was very fit to go next day oh but the consultant said no that he doesn’t want me to go and knack 😂 that was how i ended up staying a week there as he was the only one that can discharge me and he doesn’t come everyday.
