I can testify to how HMO has really saved me money as well because fibroid degeneration made me stay in the hospital alot. Mine covers treatment abroad as well, although they told me they won't pay the full amount for my delivery in America, but I will be paid a certain amount after delivery.

I am unable to sleep this night,I am experiencing serious cramps like the cramps associated with period but no spotting or bleeding thankfully,I was told that at my stage of pregnancy that the uterus is expanding to accommodate the growing fetus but I didn't thinks it will be this painful both in my abdomen,vagina and anus.I had to take paracetamol for the first time since I got pregnant,still I wasn't really relieved.Please if anyone experienced this stage,kindly enlighten me cause this pain is something else

Hello mama, please what can I take to boost my blood, it is 27%. I have been given ferrobin plus and the blood reduced from 29 to 27 %. My mum is not comfortable giving me juice from any leaf because I have just been discharged from the hospital for treating diarrhoea.

Vegetable still smells in my nose. What other food can I take? Is astymin safe ?

N i gave birth 10:32pm to my prince charming looking very handsome tru Vagina delivery n with many tears thou, baby was 3.1kg at 35weeks... Didnt do scan b4 goin in2 labour so i guess e is 3.5kg at 40weeks (chai!!! D stitching no b here lol)

Seriously though ojeshola Jazzy is right. Especially if the cramps she felt are regular (coming at similar intervals and duration). Just get the doctor to confirm if she is contracting, if yes she will be given meds to stop them and limit strenuous activity for the next 2-3 weeks

Happy new month to all the beautiful mamas. I was team November but October umbrella caught me. My EDD was 18th November but was scheduled for cs operation against 4th November due to the fact that I have done 3 previous cs operations making this the 4th operation.
On Wednesday 30th, I was contracting and having serious pelvic from midnight but by afternoon I could not manage the pain anymore so I headed to the hospital. The doctors and nurses were worried; planning for the worst and expecting the best. The preparation for the operation was rushed to avoid any uterus rupture. I was wheeled to the theater and within 5 minutes my baby boy came out screaming out loud. To God be the glory everything went well and no problem was encountered.
I'm really grateful to God for this beautiful addition to my family. Baby and I are doing super great. I'm now official mama boys, their wives will be my daughters.
To those expecting this kind of beautiful gift, your time have come receive fruitfulness. And those that are pregnant I wish you all safe delivery and none shall cast their young in Jesus' name.

My neighbour just had her baby girl early this morning. She went into labour around 3a.m and she's already back home since 9a.m. She's a ftm.
I pray mine will be so simple and fast like hers too.
I'm also a ftm... Edd Feb 17th 2020. Gender unknown yet.

I managed d pains for 5days my eyes see something until i went 2 my clinic, they gave me there drugs n i was relieved, dont knw wat dey gave me thou... Til date i didnt feel any fibroid degeneration pains.

I am currently on admission and they are managing it.

Same here. I was planning to rejoice that this pregnancy treated me better than my first in terms of Ms, but looks like I began celebrating too soon. Now na Es (evening sickness) dey do me. I manage it better during the day then it comes with full force at night. It is well with us.
