Start reducing d numba of times u breastfeed in a day. Depending on ur routine, try 2 distract her wit various activities n den get dh or someone else 2 feed her. Hopefully gradually she ll get use 2 d new routine. Deer ll b plenty tears n screaming o, bt u av 2 b firm. D night times r usually d worst if she is use 2 sucking @ night.

Pooling all d time reduces baby weight. u ll av 2 change his milk 2 anoda he ll tolerate. He is 8mths, I don't tink only pap is OK 4 his age. Just c ur doc n complain sha. Pele dear, God ll crown all ur efforts on him

My baby will be 8 months on Friday.

He is not growing as he should. We went for 6 months immunisation last Friday of June(he was 7 months 16 days then) , he weighted 5.6kg. In short infact, he was the smallest baby among 6 and 7 months babies that came for the immunisation. Shame nearly killed me.

He stopped taking cerelac so I decided to buy pap. In the process of buying the pap, the seller asked me who wants to drink it, I told her my baby. She said why this small baby(imagine how small my baby is for her to say it). Then I told her my baby is approaching 8 months. Immediately, she removed my baby's socks and checked his leg. She said something is eating him up inside that it happened to her daughter too. She said my baby won't grow, that it can even kill.

@ 2mths baby is definitely 2 small. I tink I started @ 4mths or so. So saying I want 2 let u know its an addictive habit. My DS got so used 2 dat style of breastfeeding dat after I started work I 2 always back him cos once I want 2 put him down he expected me 2 lie wit him wit breast in his mouth. Itwas a sstressful situation. So wit my DD I always got up 2 breastfeed even @ night until she got used 2 sleepn off wen I put her down. Don't b scared. Ur baby is probly resting on a nerve. I had it wit my DD, wen I got up 4rm a sitting position it was hell 2 move bt after walking 4 a while, I would b fine. 1st off I wld walk wit my legs open bt it was embarrassing so I tried walking wit legs closed and it relieved me on time bt d pain was wit me till I gave birth every time I sat 4 long. My doc wasn't a fan of paracetamol so I had 2 bear it. A colleague ofmine also eexperienced same n weneva she cldnt bear it she went 2 d hospital n she was always given paracetamol n told 2 rest. While d nurses told her its cos her baby had plenty hair, lol. Baby come na, hair no dey head. So if u can't bear it, c ur doc 2 put ur mind @ rest. Pele.

If u r not comfortable wit d clinic u use, change it, if not den ffg dia advice strictly wen it comes 2 ur baby medication. Wen I gave birth 2 my son, I used all d abide, vit c n paracetamol I was given diligently, he hardly cried wen he was given his immunization or ran any temperature. But later on his became resistance 2 all d drugs. Wen ever he had a cold, cough or temperature I had 2 give him strong dozes cos d regulars were no longer working 4 him, his immune system was low so he picked up ny of d cold or cough symptoms easily. So now wit my daughter, I packed all d medicine 1 place n only give if need be. She is 8mths old n I've only treated her 4 cough 1ce. Don't ova dose ur child wit medicines, its d rainning season so most children r down wit catar n cough. Some times u just let it run it course n it goes away. Sorry 4 d long post.

4 ur 1st question, I only tried peak123, so don't know if d odas r beta. On ur 2nd question, I tink pooing 3-4 times everyday is 2 much. Wen I started using peak123 for my son wen he turned 1, he started pooling, so I stopped n gave him regular dano milk which he tolerated. Some pple say peak123 is 2 sweet. Since dats d only different tin he takes 4rm yours, I ll suggest u change 2 anoda brand n c if deer is a change.

If u r using a general hospital, 6mths is only given vit A. Wen ur baby is 6mths, go deer, if its a mistake dey ll let u know. Ffg ur card date not wat pple say.

After my terrible experience of bruised nipples wit my son, which frustrated me 2 start him on formulae @ 2wks, I was well prepared wen my DD came. I apply Shea butter 2 my nipple b4 my morning n evening bath wen I know my baby won't suck 4 a while. Den whenever I finish breastfeeding (mostly in d room) I make sure I air my nipples 4 a while b4 covering dem. Also make sure he is latching on well. Pele dear.

After d doc complain, dint he recommend nytn 4 u? U shld av asked. My PVC was 28 in both my pregnancy, after my doc gave me a medication, it was 32 b4 delivery. Or edd is close, ask ur doc wat 2 do. Like pple av always advised, use a hospital n doc u can always rely on @ anytime.

Shebi its poo u were told 2 wash, ur own is good. A colleague of mine was told by d nurse 2 clean d bed in d labour room immediately after giving birth. D nurse dint even consider her weak state, d nurse stood 2 1 side n started directing her. Oya come down, take ur wrapper, clean d bed. I almost cried 4 her wen she was telling me. Some nurses r terrible.

U can try making ur own rice cereal and oat cereal (suitable from 4months) and give to her. It will save u cash and last longer. U can also add pap to her meal but introduce a new food weekly so as to watch out for any reactions.

When I started with d pack of Heinz rice, my son finished it in 3 feeds (he has large appetite though) but makin my own saved me aa whole lot of cash
